Compulsory education Chinese course standard(2011 edition)points out that Chinese course must take care of students' curiosity and thirst for knowledge according to their physical and mental development and characteristics of Chinese learning,encourage independent reading and free expression,and actively advocate independent,cooperative and exploratory learning methods.It is the basic characteristic of Chinese course to pursue the unity of instrumentality and humanism.In the design of students' homework,the primary school Chinese teacher may have some vivid and lively teaching design in class by preparing for lessons,but in the layout of homework,it is still no more than "reading","writing","reciting" and other single forms,which makes students feel boring,but also greatly increases the burden on students.In order to give the present elementary school low section of the language teacher to provide some reference when design the language homework,also in order to call for education departments really in practice to the students "burden",arouse pupils love of language knowledge in our country,the author from the aspects of network resources the effective application of study of the elementary school low section Chinese homework.However,the concept of using network resources to design low-section Chinese homework in primary schools is a task that can be completed through the Internet or using Internet platforms and resources.This kind of work requires students to have certain ability to collect,select and process information because of the involvement of third party information.At the same time,the vast amount of information provided by the Internet also creates conditions for students to complete personalized and original homework.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the proposal of the problem,including the origin of the topic,the content of the research,the relevant concept definition,literature review and theoretical basis,the status quo of Chinese homeworkand the reason analysis,and the significance and method of the research.The second part is to use network resources to design the inevitability and advantage of low-section Chinese homework in primary school.The third part is the strategy of using network resources to design the homework of low level Chinese in primary school.The fourth part is the concrete design method.The fifth part is the problem that should pay attention to in the design.
