Study On Reform For The Training Mode Of Altitude Vocational Accounting

With the development of economy and society,especially economic globalization grows under the industrialization and information conditions,the roles of highly skilled personnel in promoting economic and social development are increasingly evident.Due to accounting services for the economy,the development of market economy will consequentially result in that requirement for high quality accountants increasingly growth.However,the shortcomings of the training mode for altitude vocational accounting talents,leading to a disconnect between altitude vocational colleges and social needs and further impacting the training quality of high vocational accounting personnel.Combined with professional experience of accounting education in altitude vocational colleges,the thesis takes firstly the difference between accounting job requirements and accounting personnel training as the entry point.From the two perspective that the demand of enterprises for qualified accounting personnel and the career planning of accounting students,the empirical investigation on the relevant enterprises in Changsha and vocational accounting students is developed.Aim to the problems from the investigation results in the training model of accounting and learning from the experience at home and abroad in the altitude vocational personnel training,a more systematic and effective ideas for training model reform of altitude vocational accounting education is proposed.Firstly,the basic theoretics of training objective and course system on altitude vocational talents,such as concepts,relationships and factors,are more deeply expatiated and analyzed.In succession,from the view of public management and according to the altitude pedagogy theory,the empirical surveys and interviews oriented to some specific population were accomplished,which mostly contain personnel officer and accounting office of enterprises in Changsha and national experts on altitude vocational education and vocational accounting students in Changsha.The purpose is to seek differences between employment needs of accounting business in the enterprises and institutions and the training status of accounting talents in altitude vocational colleges.The followed deficiencies were obtained from the investigation.There are some problems on the training objective of altitude vocational accounting,which including the inaccurate orientation of target,the unobvious vocational characteristics,lacking prominent features of accounting industry,combining theory with practice incompactly;meanwhile,some weakness also exist on accounting course design,such as combined enterprise demand inadequate,practice not effectively integrating with practical post,curriculums not separating from subject system and so on.Aiming at above-mentioned problems and combined with the author's practical work,from the theoretical and practical aspects,the reform scheme of training mode of accounting talents for Changsha Commerce and Tourism College is studied and advised.For locating accurately training target of altitude vocational accounting talents,the altitude vocational college should meet the market requirement and stand on the industryoriented,and also should follow closely the characteristics of altitude vocational education and the demands for professional abilities of altitude vocation.Meanwhile,after summarized representative work task of accounting post group for altitude vocation,the comprehensive vocational abilities of the three ability modules are maked certain,which are vocation foundation,professional technology and vocational development.And then,the course modules are formed by incorporating and classifying the same or similar knowledge.By doing this,modularization curriculum system based on ability standard is constructed reasonably.The problems analyzed on the training mode of accounting talents for altitude vocation and the suggestions for new training mode proposed in this dissertation,which will provide a reference for accounting professional education of other Vocational College in Changsha area.
