Family Environment And Personality Development

The play is almost the same as the real living environment in the time and space,so Ode to joy has successfully portrayed five female images.Five women represent the five mainstream female types in China who came from different classes of families,different personalities and different destinies.Their stories aroused the emotional resonance of many female audiences and aroused wide attention and heated discussion on the family environment and personality development.The related literature can be divided into two categories:(1)the study of the general literature on the development of family environment and personality;(2)the literature of the family environment and personality development about Ode to Joy.The number of first types of literature are more,and they are all studied the influence between family environment and the development of young children,middle school students,college students and special groups in psychology,education and sociology.The second types of literature are less,and the influence of family environment on personality development is analyzed mainly from the aspects of gender construction and stratum mobility.There are no social work perspectives in the study of family environment and personality development in the two types of literature.From the perspective of social work,taking five women in Ode to joy as an example,combined with interviews with female audiences in Ode to joy,this paper studies the influence of family environment on personality development,and puts forward corresponding intervention suggestions for specific problems in the case.The family environment is divided into four dimensions,such as the structure of the family,the family relationship,the way of parental rearing and the atmosphere of the family.Research shows,(1)the miniaturization and core of family structure reduce the interaction objects among family members,reduce the scope of interpersonal communication,and increase the emotional needs and dependence of children on family members,especially their parents,and parents have more obvious influence on their children’s personality.(2)the relationship between husband and wife is rising in family relationship,and women have more decision-making rights in family.The quality of husband wife relationship directly affects the situation of parent-child relationship and family relationship.(3)parents are the first teachers of their children.The relationship between parents and their children is more closely related,and contradictions are more easily aroused.Because parents play different roles in educating their children,successful parental rearing patterns need parents’ cooperation.(4)family atmosphere is the most stable factor in a family.Its emotional communication function and entertainment function are more prominent.It is a mental diet for children’s healthy growth and has a subtle influence on their children’s personality development.This paper takes women as the research object to explore the influence of family environment on personality development.However,the research on female personality characteristics is not outstanding enough.Subsequent research should deepen the analysis of female gender characteristics and improve the pertinence of intervention measures.
