The development of teaching ability is the core of teacher professional development,and is the key to improve education quality.In recent years,with the development of the times,the compulsory education reform has been further promoted,and the development of teachers’ teaching ability has been widely concerned in the educational circles.Based on real life education,this study selected a Chinese teacher of the primary school as the research object and used the narrative research to present and understand the real meaning and value of teachers’ teaching ability development.This paper consists of five parts: first of all,it expounds the research origin,research significance,and the research status at home and abroad.According to the related research it has made the system of teaching abilities and tried to find the starting point of this research;Secondly,from the connotation of education narrative research,it elaborates the characteristics,theoretical basis and research process,formation of education narrative research clear understanding.On the basis of the research survey we design this study;Thirdly,through classroom observation,depth interview and other ways we collected relevant data into a text,and use and understand the narrative of the text proper,in-depth understanding of teaching subjects ability development process;Fourthly,the narrative analysis of the research object,mainly from two aspects of the stage of research object teaching ability development and the factors affecting the development of the research object teaching ability carry on the analysis,it explores influence the meaning behind the development of Chinese teachers’ teaching abilities to primary schools;Finally,with the deepening study step by step,the researcher to the teacher’s teaching ability has increased and the narrative process have more deep understanding,this part mainly discusses the development of teaching ability,and reflects the advantages and insufficient in the process of research.This research has no intention to build a set of general structural theories,but to focus on the education in the real situations for the overall growth of teachers’ teaching ability.As a result,the researcher entered the education field,listened to the story,thought and analyzed.However,interpretation of complex teaching ability is endlesspossibilities,and for the readers,perhaps the real moving thing is not the summary of the text but the details of the story.At the same time,it also hopes readers get more valuable interpretations during the story.
