Research On The Implementation Effect And Improvement Strategy Of Education's Support Policy

The counterpart support is a policy model with Chinese characteristics,and education is an important part of China's counterpart support policy.The implementation of education support policy has narrowed the education gap between the national and developed regions,promoted the fairness of education,strengthened national unity and achieved remarkable results.Win out of poverty in the current national regions to be completed and build a well-off society in an all-round way in the background,both need to strengthen the education of ethnic minority areas counterpart support efforts,more work needs to be further enhance education partnerships.Based on the case of Wuhan supporting counterparts in Laifeng County,this study examines the historical development and policies of counterpart education in Wuhan.Through the study found that the wuhan city laifeng county education partnerships work achieve good results,improve the whole level of education,improve the laifeng each primary and secondary school education infrastructure,improve the whole level of teachers,the laifeng narrowed the education level of the gap with the developed areas.Theory of political mobilization and collaborative governance theory will be use d to explore the sources of such problems.Meanwhile,some problems like task-based one-sided aid,deficiency of ingrown power on the aid-accepted side,lack of enthusias m of both sides,etc.Because of the imperfect policy collaboration mechanism in the i mplementation of educational counterpart aid,the discordance of relevant polic laws an d regulations,lack of perfect collaboration mechanism,shortage of macroscopic top-le vel design and overall planning,one-way feature of administrative power,lack of parti cipation of social forces,and lack of evaluation mechanism.In order to improve the effectiveness of the education supportive policies,we need to improve the legal supervision mechanism for education counterparts,improve the cooperative governance policies,establish and improve a coordination mechanism and establish a collaborative evaluation mechanism.
