Research On Employment Exclusion Of Female Landless Farmers

In the rural areas of China,the land carries all the rights and guarantees of the peasants.However,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,a large number of rural collective agricultural lands have been expropriated,resulting in a large number of landless farmers,making them a new vulnerable group in the process of urbanization.Under the current employment environment,as a special group of land lost farmers,women landless peasants are restricted by factors such as age,skills,experience,education and gender in the labor market competition,which makes them face many difficulties in the employment process.Therefore,the promotion of employment for female landless farmers is particularly important.The study based on Social Exclusion Theory,taking the D village as a case study,using the methods of case study,questionnaires and unstructured interviews combined with the comprehensive analysis of female farmers employment status and existing problems,combined with the interview data of female farmers employment exclusion status were analyzed through the analysis of the reasons and for reference,to solve the possible path of female employment of landless peasants protection.The results show that: female employment situation of landless farmers in the D village has three characteristics,first,most female farmers have neither land nor work,fewer people in employment resettlement;second,women who lost their land are older age,lack of non-agricultural skills,employment is limited;third,the stability of employment is very low and lack of social support.The problem of excluding the landless women is mainly related to the lack of thematic goal participation in the government's land acquisition policy,the extrusion of traditional gender culture,the employment market of labor force,and the lack of human capital and social capital on the individual level.Therefore,this article from the government level,the community level,and the individual level of three aspects to explore the possible path to solve the problem of female land lost farmers employment exclusion.
