Rural migrant women's groups are an important part of the floating population, and they play an important role in the development of urbanization in China. However, many problems such as low economic income, weak sense of cultural and psychological belonging, and weak social support networks have directly hindered their adaptation to urban life. However, relying solely on the strength of the government is not enough, and measures must be taken from individuals, society, enterprises, and governments to relieve them of material and mental stress in the process of urban life and to seek development in urban life. The development of social work provides a brand-new perspective for solving the problem of adaptation of floating population and migrant women.Based on this, this paper uses the theory and methods of social work and uses three methods: case, group, and community to intervene in rural migrant women's cities.Adapt to the problem, with a view to exploring the current situation of rural migrant urban women through practical activities and promoting rural migrant women to adapt to urban life. The target audience of this article is the rural migrant women in a community in Longgang District,Shenzhen.During the course of practical activities, the status of rural migrant women in the community is understood through community visits, questionnaires, and other methods.Community community service centers are used to develop communities. The activity establishes relationships with rural migrant women in the community.Based on the life course theory and the hierarchy of needs, the team, case, and community approach are used to intervene: the case work is divided into seven times. At the same time, the “urban family”group work and activities are carried out.Divided into seven times, the development of community work is mainly carried out in the form of government procurement of service projects.Through the implementation of project activities, the development of community integration among residents in the community is promoted, which in turn promotes the urban adaptation of rural migrant women.Through the practical study of this social work, the following conclusions have been reached:Firstly, rural migrant women are still faced with economic, social, cultural and psychological difficulties in adapting to the city;from the perspective of the life course theory, they can explore and analyze the “ mobility ” of rural migrant women and their adaptation to the urban environment.Difficulties, and have a certain theoretical guiding role in promoting their smooth adaptation to urban life.Secondly, social work has certain feasibility and plays an important role in promoting rural migrant women.Through the intervention of group work, the team members' self-confidence and mental health have significantly improved. They began to learn to accept themselves, their work and life pressures have been relieved, and they have a deeper understanding of the communities and cities that they live in.Interpersonal relationships Increased urban adaptability and built their own social support network.Through the intervention of individual cases, the psychological and life pressures of the clients have been eased, and they have found a job.All of these have contributed to their smooth adaptation to urban life.At the same time,to a certain extent, community work plays a major role in promoting rural migrant women.Community work emphasizes the integration and development of the entire community.Through community work,a local community and local residents have built a platform for communication and exchange. It promotes the participation of local residents in community activities and community affairs and enhances the cohesion of the community, thereby promoting better adaptation and integration of rural migrant women or migrants into the community.
