| In recent years,the Ministry of Education has successively issued several documents concerning the permeation of mental health education in school education,requiring schools to consistently apply mental health education throughout the entire process of educating and teaching.All teachers should consciously follow the laws of mental health education in each subject while teaching and organically permeate the knowledge of mental health which is suitable for the students’ characteristics into daily education and teaching activities.Due to the characteristics and advantages of biology,students can form correct values,necessary qualities,and critical abilities to some extent through the study of biological knowledge.However,there are not many researches on how to make good use of the rich teaching resources in biological textbooks and combine the actual situation of students,to consciously,purposefully and systematically train and develop the students’ sound psychology,which is difficult to meet the needs of the new round of curriculum reform.Based on the above,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to understand the condition of mental health of high school students and the current situation in biology teachers’ penetration of mental health education in the actual teaching process,as well as some existing problems.Combining with the knowledge system in the biology textbooks,the survey filtrate the pointcut knowledge which can effectively permeate psychological health education in the biological teaching.And through the teaching design among the students of senior high in Meishan Foreign Languages School,the practice achieved good results,and the strategy of permeating mental health education in biology teaching at senior high was put forward.At the same time,the mental health education is not only confined to the classroom teaching process,but also includes psychological counseling for students with reasonable emotional therapy at extra-curricular time.The research results showed that the combination of related knowledge points in textbooks in high school biology classroom teaching is practical and feasible to permeate the mental health education among students,which can not only improve the students’ mental health greatly,but also help to improve students’ performance in biological courses.The research results may help more biology teachers to adopt effective teaching strategies for the infiltration of mental health education at the right time during teaching.These strategies play an extremely important role in increasing the level of students’ mental health and the students’ interests in learning biology as well as the effectiveness of learning and elevating the teachers’ personality glamour. |
