Research On Budget Management System Of Colleges And Universities Based On Data Mining Technology

With the gradual improvement of the higher education system in China,the government's investment in Colleges and universities is increasing.How to make full use of the allocated funds has become the main concern of the institutions of higher learning.As the main content module of the financial management work,the budget management has attracted more and more attention from the University.At present,the budgeting of colleges and universities in China is still in a low level,and the budget is inaccurate and inaccurate;and there is no corresponding supervision and early warning mechanism in the budget execution,which leads to poor budget execution.In order to make the university budget management more scientific and reasonable,considering the application of data mining technology to the budget management of colleges and universities,a set of standardized and efficient budget management system is used to assist the financial workers to manage the budget business comprehensively and effectively.Firstly,aiming at the problem of budgeting module in the university budget management system,this paper proposes an improved association rule mining algorithm,which makes frequent pattern mining of the different dimensions of the past year budget data,accurately predicts the value and proportion of various budgets,and completes the intelligent prediction of budgeting.Secondly,in view of the lack of supervision and early warning mechanism in the budget execution module,an improved ID3 incremental learning decision tree algorithm is proposed.In the process of budget execution,the early warning decision tree is constructed by combining the incremental learning and decision tree construction algorithm,and the early warning analysis of the budget execution is completed.Finally,the data preprocessing technology is introduced to achieve unified data through data base,clarity,transformation and simplification to facilitate the interaction of data between functional modules,and to reduce the workload for the access of other related systems.In this paper,the university budget management system is written in C# language.The system test shows that the system realized in this paper meets the requirements of standardized management and expansion.It can better improve the accuracy of budgeting and complete the early warning analysis of budget progress,and assist the budget management of colleges and universities.
