In recent years,with the implementation of the National Student Physique Health Standard and other policies,the physical health level of Chinese teenagers has shown a trend of overall improvement.In order to reveal the relationship between the healthy development of College Students' physical health and the academic performance,and the internal mechanism of action,it provides positive suggestions and references for the common improvement of College Students' physical health and academic performance.This paper adopts the literature method,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and so on to the 2014 level of the University of South China Science and technology.Department of health and academic performance research.Through four years of the grade students' test scores and academic average data analysis and questionnaire survey,draws the following conclusion:1.On the whole level,the average score of the students in physical health is better than that of the students with the physical decline,and there is a significant difference.The difference of the physical health and the average score of the girls is higher than that of the boys.2.In specific level,the first-grade index(body shape,function and quality)of students' physique evaluation(body form,function and quality)has significant statistical difference from the average academic score,and the correlation from high to low is the body quality,body function and body shape.Among the various projects,in the different groups,all the projects except the 50-meter run and the vital capacity have statistical differences with the academic average,and there are significant statistical meanings in the interaction between the physical group and the sitting body forward flexion,the one-minute sit ups and the upwards.From the point of view of academic average,the higher the credit rating of long jump,sitting position and 800/1000-meter race in different groups,the higher the credit score.3.Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis on the habit,attitude and motivation of continuous rising students and physique in four years,it is found that the former has high frequency,relatively long time,relatively large intensity and more exercise items,and the attitude of physical exercise and academic performance in physical exercise.For the higher spontaneity and pragmatism,and active participation and positive relationship,the latter has low frequency of physical exercise,relatively short time and relatively small intensity,and lack of self-discipline and active participation in the attitude of physical exercise and academic performance,which needs to enhance the awareness of physical exercise.On the basis of the above results,on the whole,we should popularize the cognition of the relationship between physical health and academic performance,and abandon the traditional ideas.The school should encourage the students to carry out proper physical exercise to improve their academic level.At a specific level,more strength and aerobic training should be added,such as one minute sit ups / upwards and 800/1000 meters,which can enhance the aerobic capacity and muscle strength by increasing the frequency,intensity and load of the exercise.At the level of factors,the students' physical exercise habits should be kept three times a week,each time not less than 30 minutes.The emotional attitude of physical exercise should be corrected.The specific situation should be analyzed,the correct health consciousness and the habit of lifelong physical exercise should be cultivated.For special populations to participate in physical fitness test,we should first proceed from the perspective of humanistic care,and arrange reasonable physical education courses for college students with special disabilities.
