Ecosystem Health Assessment Of Regional Entrepreneurial Talents

The activity of entrepreneurial activities can reflect the level of economic and social development of a country or a region effectively.More and more countries and regions encourage and support the development of entrepreneurial activities.actively.The level of entrepreneurship in a country or region is ultimately determined by entrepreneurial talents.China is in the midst of the wave of popular entrepreneurship,how to effectively develop entrepreneurial talents so that they can conduct entrepreneurial activities better,which has increasingly become a research hotpot for scholars.At present,scholars' researches on entrepreneurial issues mostly focus on entrepreneurial environments and entrepreneurial talents training.There are relatively little researches on entrepreneurial talents and entrepreneurial environments as a system,and studies on the entrepreneurial talent ecosystem have not yet reached a consensus.In recent years,under the circumstances of economic globalization and national policies,the deep-seated contradictions caused by the legacy of the traditional industrial structure and the planned economic system in the northeast region have been further highlighted,and the “New Northeast phenomenon” has emerged.Entrepreneurial activity is an important way to change the mode of natural economic development in Northeast region and achieve comprehensive revitalization.A good entrepreneurial talent ecosystem plays a crucial role in attracting,developing,inspiring and empowering entrepreneurial talents in Northeast region.From the perspective of ecology,this paper based on the review of ecological systems,ecosystem health,entrepreneurial talents,entrepreneurial ecosystems,and other documents,explores the connotation characteristics of the regional entrepreneurial talent ecosystem and its health.On the basis of theoretical researches,empirical research methods are used to identify the regional entrepreneurial talent ecosystem health influencing factors,Smart PLS model was used to verify the relationship between evaluation factors and the entrepreneurial talent ecosystem path.Then this paper constructs a entrepreneurial talent ecosystem health evaluation index system,including entrepreneurial culture environment,living service environment,and government entrepreneurship,support system,technology innovation system,government entrepreneurship support,macroeconomic environment,basic service platform,entrepreneurship education resources.Taking the northeastern region as an example,the evaluation indicator system is used to evaluate the ecosystem health of entrepreneurial talents in 12 cities in Northeast region.According to the evaluation results,this paper provides targeted recommendations for policy makers in Northeast region.Finally,the application of the ecosystem evaluation index system for entrepreneurial talents will be prospected,and the measures for improving the health level of the regional entrepreneurial talents ecosystem will be proposed,which will provide decision-making basis for the promotion of national or regional entrepreneurship.
