Purpose:A study of three different loading rates(0%,10%,15%)and three different forms(carrying portable,hanging type,shoulder type)parameters affecting the walking kinematics and dynamics and upper limb EMG,which reveals the different forms and different load carrying rate has an important effect to walk the body shape and upper limb muscle activation,hoping that it can provide important reference for modern women with chronic diseases due to form caused by the wrong way.method:This method uses a JVC9800 high-speed camera(50Hz),AMTI multi-dimensional force platform JP6080 force plate(1000Hz)and wireless JE-TB0810 eight channel EMG instrument(1000Hz)and other equipment,testing three kinds of loading rate and three carrying form of walking related biomechanical parameters of stance by means of synchronization,the test data analysis of variance with two factors(Double factor variance analysis)is the main effect of the test load carrying rate and morphology and interaction effect has significant effect,significant(alpha =0.05).results:1)portable carrying form stance walking time is greater than the hook type and shoulder walking time,but no significant difference(p>0.05),the percentage of braking period will increase with the increase of loading rate,the percentage of time will increase with the reaction rate and reduce weight press time,there is no significant the difference(P>0.05);braking moment and push with their feet during the period.Tiptoe away from the hip,knee and ankle joint moment change has no significant difference(p>0.05).2)stance direction before and after the reaction period of peak ground braking force,push pedal peak exists no significant difference(p>0.05);braking impulse period showed no obvious difference(p>0.05),but the reaction period impulse,in 10% weight ratio,a portable impulse is greater than the push hook push pedal impulse period hanging type and shoulder type(p<0.05),in 15% weight ratio,a portable impulse is greater than the push hook hanging the push pedal impulse period(p<0.05).3)hook type and shoulder type stance impulse(B.W-s)is significantly less than the portable,but no significant difference(p>0.05),stance of vertical ground reaction force the first peak and average load rate in different loading rates and different morphologies also go down with no significant difference(p>0.05),hook carrying type,15% to 0% weight weight stance ofthe second peak(p<0.05),showed that the low hanging hook with shape with loading rate increases,reducing the maximum vertical ground reaction force to push the pedal.4)quantitative portable brachioradialis muscle activation level compared with the hook type,shoulder type,but no significant difference(p>0.05).Portable,hanging hook and shoulder type increase with loading rate,EMG brachioradialis muscle activation degree increased,but not significantly(p>0.05);in 10% loading rate and 15% weight-bearing ratio,hanging hook of biceps brachii muscle activation is greater than that of shoulder type(p<0.05);10% and 15% weight,triceps EMG portable are greater than the degree of activation of the triceps EMG hook hanging type,shoulder type activation degree(p<0.05),at the same time,the hook type,triceps EMG 15% weight of the activation rate is greater than 0% weight ratio of triceps EMG activation degree(p<0.05);in 15%weight ratio,shoulder trapezius EMG activation is greater than the degree of activation of the hanging hook electromyography(p<0.05).conclusions:When a woman chooses a single side bag,it is not only to consider the effect of weight bearing effect,but also the effect of the position of the carrier.The proper weight bearing rate and the form of the carrier can make the walk smooth and reduce the harm to the body.At the same time,the body will affect the whole gait form when the body is overloaded,so the majority of women carry out the unilateral extract.When walking,the weight should be moderate,and a certain amount of load should be controlled so as not to cause bodily harm.In the same load carrying heavy load,try to choose the way to carry the bag near the body trunk and carry the bag.In the case of the same form of the carrier,the load is too heavy to be avoided.
