Moving towards “school-based” and “preschool-based” has become a future tendency of teaching research with Chinese characteristics.The idea of “preschool-based teaching and research” was put forward on the basis of “school-based teaching and research”.The work of preschool-based teaching and research has gone through for more than ten years in the reform and development of preschool education in China after the project “building preschool-based teaching and research System” was carried out all over the country in 2006.Preschool-based teaching and research is an activity based on research and practice that regards preschool teachers as the key subject and makes them cooperate with manager,experts,other related subjects and so on in the teaching activities in kindergartens.The essence of this theory is to promote the education come back to kindergartens,teaching practice,preschool teachers and children.Meanwhile,as the subject of preschool-based teaching and research,facing with the cultural transformation of preschool teachers and some inevitable requirements of preschool teachers' cooperative culture in the reform and development of preschool-based teaching and research,it is necessary for preschool teachers to reflect and respond to this topic with the dimension of theory and practice of teachers' community culture,so that we can solve the practical problems in kindergarten's education and teaching and improve the quality of nursing and teaching in kindergartens.The study is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is about the introduction of this study.The logical methods and content system of this study are provided as five aspects: problem posing,literature review,purpose and significance of the research,concept definition,research design.All of these parts have provided a framework support for the implementation of this study.Based on the practical research of preschool-based teaching and research,taking “preschool-based teaching and research”,“teacher community” and “relationship between teaching and research and the culture of teacher community” as three related clues,the study has concluded the status of domestic and foreign research related to this study,clarified the purpose,theoretical significance and practical significance of this study centrally,and defined core concepts.Then it has combined the key problems to be solved and designing research ideas with the view of improving the quality of preschool-based teaching and research based on the generation of teacher community culture.Finally,the specific application of quantitative and qualitative methods in this study is introduced in detail.The second part is about the theoretical foundation of this study.Learning from cultural philosophy theory and community theory,the differences among the concepts of “culture”,“preschool teacher culture”,“community”,“teachers' community”,“teachers' community culture” and “the generation of teachers' community culture” are discriminated and analyzed.At the same time,the study has defined the theoretical connotation of the generation of teachers' community culture based on preschool-based teaching and research,put forward the value orientation of “moving towards humanistic consciousness,life consciousness and practical consciousness”,explored the basis for its generation,and then established the elements of “subject” elements,four dimensions and six major structures from theoretical aspect,with the discussion about the logical theoretical path of its generation.The third part is about the survey results of this study.The survey based on the implementation of preschool-based teaching and research in part of various types of public and private kindergartens from the downtowns,districts and villages in Chongqing.“The generation of teachers' community culture” was used as the breakthrough point of the study,and origin and effective data were collected through the questionnaire survey among teachers,in-depth interviews with relevant subjects of teaching and research,and participant observation.The data were analyzed and presented by SPSS20.0.This part mainly involves with five aspects: the overall situation and the scores and analysis of those four dimensions;analysis of the differences in demographic variables of the six major structures;dynamic generation and analysis of cultural patterns;the specific analysis of the constitution of cultural subject and case analysis.The fourth part is an analysis of the problems causes of this study.As the results,the generation of teachers' community culture in preschool-based teaching and research is in a positive state with an obvious polarization;regarding preschool teachers as key subjects in teaching and research has been established,but the experts are still in the absence of practice;material culture of teacher community is on the smallest degree of attention and the internal and external disparities are obvious;the phenomenon that “one teacher leads the whole class” still exists in the management of teaching and research,and the decision-making power in the teaching and research of the front-line teachers is ignored;the individual's participation in teaching and research practice is not so active,and peer relationships is single;the common belief among members is most obvious,but the rational understanding for teaching and research is still to be raised.This study has analyzed the reasons from subjective and objective aspects.From the perspective of subjective factors,the externalizing behavior of teachers' cooperation and participation in teaching and research is the key factor;teachers' common belief in teaching and research is an inevitable factor.From the perspective of objective factors,both leadership management and institutional norms in teaching and research are important factors;material support conditions for teaching and research are basic factors.The fifth part is about the optimization path of this study.According to the conclusions and combining with the argument foundation of this study,operational optimization paths are proposed: realizing the meaningful relationship of community members which “based on coexistence,moving towards sharing”;constructing a two-way management mechanism of “bottom-up and top-down” in teaching and research,and realizing the decentralization of power;the subjects of teaching and research have an effective dialogue based on “problems”;improving the sense of ritual in teaching and research,and consciously reshaping the role of teachers in teaching and research;originating from the education culture in the kindergarten,and keeping the same parallel development with cultural ecology.
