| Camp Education is different from on-campus education.It is a type of out-of-school education,and at the same time a type of outdoor education.The environment itself is already held in a natural situation.There are lots of uncertain factors affecting camper’s safety.How to control these factors to ensure the safety of the campers and to carry out activities on the rails are the situations that camp educators have to face with and solution.In response to this situation,high requirements are placed on the risk to control capabilities of camp trainers.At this stage,China has not specialized in studying the risk management capabilities of camp trainers.Theory guidance practice from the study of theory is essential.Therefore,this research starts for the risk management capabilities of camp trainers and elaborates the composition systematically of the risk management capabilities of camp trainers in China.In this research,mainly elaborates the demarcation of the related concepts for youth camps,risk,risk management,and camp trainers.Since the development of camp education in China is not long-term,some concepts have not been studied in the existing theoretical research;Combined with the foreign countries’ description of similar concepts and the actual situation in China,the definition of core concepts in this research is drawn.There is more detailed theoretical guidance for the development of camp trainers in the future.In this research,the risk management capability indicators of the camp trainers were constructed through literature,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics methods,and the weights of the indicators at all levels were obtained.As the camp trainer is a newly-developed profession in China in recent years,the training system is not mature yet.Therefore,this research analyzes and studies the camp theory experts and the practice of the camp work to improve the risk management ability index of camp trainers further in China.Finally,draws the following conclusions:1.In the index system of this study,there are three first level indicators and 11 second level indicators of risk management capability for camp trainers.2.The first-level indicators include risk assessment,risk monitoring and risk response,and risk assessment is the most important.3.Risk assessment consists of risk identification capabilities,risk analysis capabilities,and risk assessment capabilities.Among these,risk assessment ability is the most important in risk assessment.4.Risk monitoring consists of the ability to monitor changes in environmental information,the ability of monitoring personnel to change information,the ability to monitor changes in activities,and the ability to monitor changes in equipment information.A Among these,the ability to monitor changes in equipment information is most important.5.Risk response consists of risk reduction capabilities,risk transfer capabilities,risk aversion capabilities,and risk retention.The ability to reduce risk from self-respect is most important. |
