Research On The Predicament And Outlet Of The Development Of Middle School Campus Football In Jiangkou County

Football is called the world's largest sport that has a large venue,long duration,wide range of influence,and far-reaching audience.Because of the "national policy that the General Office of the State Council promulgated the “Overall Plan for China's Football Development Reform” to include the football industry on March 16,2015,height" has set off a wave of football for all in the whole society.To enhance the health of adolescents,train youngsters to be "wild" and "bloody",deepen patriotism and collectivism education,temper the strong will and good moral character,improve the overall quality,implement the "Lide Shuren" goal,devote ourselves to the future development of the motherland in a healthy and good state,JiangKou County keeps pace in this wave and vigorously develops campus football.The research used literature,fieldwork,interviews,questionnaires,and logic analysis methods to investigate 9 middle schools in Jiangkou County and investigated the current situation of Jiangkou Middle School campus soccer which aim to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for Jiangkou County's education departments,sports departments,schools to promote the popularization of campus soccer and the football revival.The results of the survey showed that the leaders of Jiangkou county are actively responding to the national policy,the football atmosphere in the county is strong,the mass base is good,the sports teachers are young,the sex ratio is appropriate,the grade of professional title tends to be reasonable,and the football competition in the county is more standard.However,there are still some deficiencies:weak leadership execution,incomplete implementation of document content,poor accuracy of cognition and positioning,serious shortage of sports facilities and football funds,weak professional skills of sports teachers,imperfect training mechanism,single campus soccer Cultural construction and propaganda,serious thinking of life have heavy literary and light,not rigorously conducted football courses and extracurricular training,no incentive measures,and obvious imbalance of sexes.According to the actual situation in Jiangkou County,in response to the above deficiencies,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the development of campus football in Jiangkou County:formulate relevant documents and implement them in order to achieve the expected goals of campus football;strengthen learning,improve cognitive ability,and accurately position and establish correct Sports concept:Strengthen government functions,invest heavily in the construction and development of campus football,improve the training mechanism,focus on cultivating young teachers,and improve professional skills;strengthen diversified campus soccer culture,integrate culture and education,penetrate people's hearts,and improve all sectors of society the old perception of campus football;Scientific and rational establishment of football courses and after-school training,regularization and standardization;formulation of reasonable incentives to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm,expanding the number of woman's football on campus,balanced development of men and women;establish and improve campus football Supervision and evaluation system.
