| In the current background of China’s economic transformation,industrial structure facing with adjustment and upgrading,this makes demands for application-oriented talents gradually increasing.Well there is a disconnect to some extent between Regional pubulic Universities training talents and market demands.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the background of the transformation of Regional pubulic Universities,research on the causal relationship between higher education transformation and economic development and summarizes practice and dilemma of Regional pubulic Universities.At the same time this paper combines with relevant experiences of German Vocational Educational Development to provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting China’s transformation and development of Regional pubulic Universities.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates this research’s background and significance,the research status at home and abroad and research methods and ideas,etc.to prepare for the following research.The second chapter on the basis of Regional pubulic Universities transformation to clarify the needs and characteristics.According to the specific characteristics of Regional pubulic Universities to explore the related transition path,relying on colleges and universities’ orientation.The third chapter analyzes existing problems at this stage Regional pubulic Universities transformation,mainly by transformation practical analysis and questionnaire form,to provide relevant basis for the adjustment of China’s Regional pubulic Universities transformation direction.The fourth chapter explores the characteristics of its Vocational Education development,by analyzing the suitability relationship between Germany Vocational Education development path and economic development,in order to provide relevant reference for China’s vocational education development.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures that promoting the transformation from China’s Regional pubulic Universities to vocational education,from three aspects of policy measures,market and talents training.Those countermeasures includes providing normative guidelines for Regional pubulic Universities transformation,providing more chances by strengthening the multi-body work together to Normal transformation of Universities offer more opportunities as well as according to market demands for adjusting training mode,optimizing talents training environment. |
