| With the fast development of the Internet and the rapid change of the new media,cyber culture has had a profound impact on undergraduates lifestyle and the state of mind,which causes a phenomenon called “microculture”.WeChat,an instant communication tool launched by Tencent in 2011,gains a rapid popularization among Internet users,among them,college students are the main user group of wechat.The use of wechat deeply changes contemporary undergraduates’ way of getting information and interpersonal communication and imposes an important influence on their values by its unique advantages of information dissemination and powerful functions.Because of wechat‘s popularization and strong effects,it has become an important issue for college ideological and political education to use wechat to promote the development of innovation effectively.Therefore,wechat causes challenges and opportunities at the same time.Schools and teachers should keep pace with the times and try to create a new atmosphere of ideological and political education based on wechat.What‘s more,they should also innovate education forms and broaden the efficient way of ideological and political education.However,the research of “micro culture” and “wechat” is not in-depth enough in China currently.There are still many problems that is worth discussing.As a result,the study firstly elaborates the concepts and features of “micro culture” whose carrier is wechat and the ideological and political education for university students after consulting the literature,analyzing the questionnaires and deliberating the interview materials of the teachers.The study analyzes the current situation and the trend of university students’ use of wechat through the survey,concludes the positive and negative influences of the micro modes of transmission,like wechat for ideological and political education of Chinese college students and presents strategies and advice to deal with the negative impacts. |
