The Research On Network Social Trust Issues Of College Students

As a special mental state and behavior pattern,trust plays a very important role in interpersonal communication.Because of the extensive use of the Internet,network trust has become an extension of trust in network interactions.However,due to its own anonymity,physical absence,and other characteristics,it has increased the expected difficulty in interpersonal communication and promoted many problems in the field of network communications.At the same time,college students,as the mainstream group occupying the network,their trust in the network environment,the level of trust directly affects the development of interpersonal communication and physical and mental health of college students.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to and explore the problem of interpersonal trust among college students under the Internet environment.On the basis of reviewing the research on social trust in networks at home and abroad,this paper defines and analyzes the concept,characteristics and mechanism of network trust,and conducts a comprehensive study on the status quo of college students' social networking based on the Marx's View of Honesty,Simmel theory of trust and Giddens theory of trust.First of all,a survey questionnaire was used to investigate the status of online social trust among college students in some colleges in Shaanxi.Secondly,based on the status quo of college students' social trust,further analysis of the causes of the problem exists.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the network social trust problem of college students.The main research of this paper: First,through a survey of some university students' questionnaires,the author finds out that the overall social trust of college students is not high.Whether it is the investigation of consciousness or behavior,college students show high vigilance in the network communication,and there is a prominent problem in the network social trust.Combining with the college students' existing online trust crisis behavior,this paper summarizes the analysis from the aspects of personality trust crisis and system trust crisis.Second,combine the status quo of college students' online social confidence crisis,The reasons for these problems are: On the social environment,the weakening of the restraint mechanism and the complexity of the social environment.In the aspect of network environment,the construction of network laws and regulations is lagging behind,the relativity of network security and the anonymity of network itself.In terms of college students themselves,their self-presentation,personality characteristics and moral anomie in social network.Thirdly,This paper proposes targeted countermeasures to resolve the Network social trust crisis of college students: constructing a social environment of integrity,creating an orderly network environment and strengthening college students' online trust education.To help college students to establish a benign and harmonious network social environment,and to cultivate college students to enhance the awareness of network trust,improve the ability to identify trust,and treat social networking reasonably.
