Teaching and communication has always been a subject that educators think and explore.Scholars experts prove through practice that the effect of teaching interaction has a direct impact on the quality of teaching,but also plays a decisive role in the development of students' abilities.The cultivation of postgraduates has always been highly valued.However,the problems of traditional teaching,lack of communication and information fragmentation exist in the actual teaching,affecting the quality of postgraduates teaching.How to strengthen postgraduate teaching and communication,carry out precepts and precepts,to avoid the simple continuation of undergraduate teaching,to solve the problem of alienation of relations caused by a single narrow-minded teaching interaction? Nowadays,with the gradual development of informationization,scholars,mentors and students voluntarily use information technology to find breakthroughs such as SMS,QQ,WeChat,Weibo,learning community,developing dedicated websites and so on.The teaching of graduate teaching attempts to strengthen the communication between teachers and students and students through information technology so as to achieve the goal of strengthening communication,perfecting teaching,promoting ability cultivation and improving teaching quality.The above method has achieved some success in use.However,as technology advances,interpersonal relationships and learning habits of teachers and postgraduates have changed.The effectiveness and function of such software and traditional methods have not been adequately used in the course of their use.The integration of training modalities and tool selection needs to be further improved.The overall effectiveness of teaching interaction needs to be improved.Under this background,in order to enhance the effectiveness of postgraduate teaching and learning,in addition to keeping the daily communication in class,we must also focus on the cultivation of graduate students' abilities in innovation,collaboration and media,Undergraduate students of different ways of training,emphasizing words and deeds of teacher-student relationship.Therefore,we adopt a hybrid learning model to re-arrange the course contents from the teaching organization form,use the Microsoft OneNote collaborative software group to perform online tasks,organize students and instructors to conduct offline courses in the form of group discussion,and improve face-to-face instruction of online tasks Other contents are imparted.Students also use the software group to record the class notes,perfect the tasks,and finally acquire the teaching contents.Through online synchronization,can be asynchronous,can be a group,a single,personal communication,participants in teaching interaction is minimally limited,real-time updates teachers feedback content,open software to choose according to individual needs,get rid of the established technology Limitations,effective separation of learning and life,increase teaching opportunities and deepen the level of teaching exchanges.In addition,combining the traditional classroom to discuss the form of teaching to ensure the greatest degree of communication,the ease of use of software will also greatly enhance the learning efficiency.Design and implement multi-objects,multi-courses,and diversified experimental action studies,starting from the teaching methods and situations of communication,so as to form a more feasible teaching process using collaborative software group to conduct mixed learning,enhance the strong communication of graduate students,and promote the ability of graduate students.Cultivating and improving the effectiveness of post-graduate teaching exchanges will eventually play a catalytic role in the cultivation of graduate students.
