In order to explore the internal mechanism of campus soccer coaches' professional identities,this article identifies the factors that influence the professional identity and professional development of the campus soccer coaches and their relationship.Further enrich the theoretical system of campus football coaches 'professional identity.Provide theoretical analysis perspectives for related research and provide theoretical basis and prerequisite for related research in the future.Through the selection of the football coaches of the five primary school campus football special schools in the six district of Xi'an City,a random selection of 100 students was completed.A professional identity questionnaire was designed and completed.100 primary school campus football coaches in the six district of Xi'an City were selected as the survey subjects.In this paper,using literature,interviews,questionnaires,data statistics and logical analysis methods,statistics and investigations were conducted on the status quo and influencing factors of the professional identity of 100 primary school campus soccer coaches in sixdistrict of Xi'an City.The conclusions and recommendations are as follows:Conclusion:1.The age of elementary school campus soccer coaches in Xi'an City was younger,with a ratio of 6:1 for men and women and a serious imbalance;the education level of coaches in China was on the rise;the current primary school campus football school won Secondary Teachers with professional titles account for most of the coaches,which is equivalent to the level of teaching assistants for undergraduate colleges.Coaches with an average salary of more than 60,000 yuan account for only 25.27%,indicating that the overall salary level of coaches is low.2.The self-identity of elementary school campus soccer coaches in Xi'an City's urban area is currently at a medium level,showing the development characteristics of its subjectivity,emphasizing the main body position of coaches and the significance of development for them.3.The social recognition of the elementary school campus soccer coaches in Xi'an City's urban area is on a medium-to-upper level,showing social and reflective development characteristics.Through the evaluation of the coaches and the self-reflection of the coaches,the society finds out its existence value.significance.4.The group identity of elementary school campus soccer coaches in urban areas of Xi'an City's urban area is in the middle-lower level,showing the characteristics of develop-ability and individualization,indicating that coaches' understanding of the significant role of group identity is not profound enough.
