Rite is a normative behavior system that is a combination of symbolic symbols.It is both practical and valuable.rite is an important part of anthropological research.With the deepening of research on school culture,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the educational value of the rite.However,most of the researchers in the past have taken a macrolevel perspective,taking the school rite as a whole to study its social functions and cultural functions,highlighting the role of school rituals in constructing historical memories and constructing school culture.Such studies have clearly defined school ceremonies from the direction.The value,but did not make in-depth explanations of the specific mechanisms of school rituals;secondly,the study focused on the "ought" pursuit of school rituals from a theoretical perspective,but did not examine the actuality of school rituals from a realistic perspective.However,the effect of the school ceremonies has been focused on the "top-down" perspective of observation and emphasis on the effective management of school ceremonies,while ignoring the true "bottom-up" student perspective.This study starts from the micro level and bases itself on the perspective of students.It examines the process mechanisms of school ceremonies,presents students' interactions in the process of school rituals,and tries to reveal the specific process of student socialization.Socialization is the proposition that runs through an individual's life,and it is also an allembracing proposition.Despite the controversy over the scope of the concept of socialization,socialization is essentially the process of acquiring social thinking,acquiring social emotions,and regulating social behavior.Socialization is an increasingly sophisticated process for students.It is difficult to present the data with the final results.Therefore,this study adopts a qualitative research method as a whole and highlights the key social “nodes” of students through specific and microscopic context changes.Socialization process.This study selected an in-depth field survey conducted by Z Primary School of Guilin City,and conducted participatory observation on the 30 ceremonial activities of the school from May 2017 to December 2017.In this process,teachers and students have been deeply involved in the daily life of teachers and studentsthrough formal interviews with parents,teachers,and students,as well as informal interviews,classroom observations,and physical collection.On this basis,this paper describes the real interaction scenes of school rituals,restores students' real interaction status,presents vivid interactive situations,and interprets the concrete mechanism of student socialization from the perspective of micro-interaction.This paper mainly illustrates the micro-interaction mechanism of students' socialization from the three levels of social cognition,social emotion and social behavior.First,school ceremonies are,on the surface,activities that are performed in specific time and space and based on specific procedures.The essence of the school ritual is the historical narrative and realistic expression of social culture.School rituals form a self-cognition on the basis of national cognition and collective cognition by rehearsing social logic relations,and promote individual's understanding of social relations.Second,social emotions are an important factor in promoting social solidarity.School rituals have an important impact on students' emotional interactions due to a huge “ritual field” generated by factors such as physical co-existence and collective cohesion.The emotional interactions in school ceremonies have increased.The students' social emotions.On an individual level,school ceremonies,especially entertaining ceremonies,can inspire students to participate in enthusiasm and enhance individual students' emotional energy.After releasing the pressure of study,students can put more full emotional state into their studies.At the group level,school ceremonies promote group solidarity.On the social level,school rituals contribute to the formation of collective memory and reinforce students' social identity.However,social emotions as a kind of capital also cause emotional inequality.There are two types of high emotional interaction and low emotional interaction in school rituals.The level of emotional energy is also different.This difference in emotional energy will directly affect the degree of participation and recognition of the next ritual activity.Form emotional stratification and form emotional “Matthew effect”.Third,school rituals are full of disciplines and exchanges,which have an impact on the standard of student social behavior.School rituals have strict procedures and order,form a strict body discipline for students,and use body discipline to shape students' rule awareness.There are also exchanges of gifts during school ceremonies,which deepen the understanding of students' social behavior rules.The specific interaction situation is full of subtle conflicts and confrontations.In order to better promote students' social cognition and enhance students' social feelings,we need to face up to many problems in the current school rite and continue to improve.Schools should use student cognition as a basis to deepen the identities of the ritual symbols;strengthen the ritual activities' emotional ties based on emotional fairness;and encourage individual expression of ritual activities based on the rules awareness.
