Objective:To understand the overall status of psychological capital,professional identity and emotional labor strategy of primary and secondary school teachers,the differences in demographic variables,the relationship between the three and the intermediary role of professional identity between psychological capital and emotional labor strategies are discussed.Methods:Taking the teachers of many primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen as the research object,the questionnaire on psychological capital of primary and middle school teachers,the questionnaire of teachers’ professional identity and the questionnaire on emotional labor of primary and middle school teachers were tested.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to conduct differential analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis respectively.Results:(1)Primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital(4.16±0.45),professional identity(4.14±0.48),and emotional labor strategies(3.71 ± 0.46)scored unevenly in all dimensions.(2)In terms of gender,female teachers scored higher on the professional values than male teachers,and male teachers scored more optimistically than female teachers(p<0.05).(3)In terms of marriage,married teachers’ scores on hope and self-confidence were higher than unmarried teachers(p<0.05).(4)In terms of age,differences in the scores of hope,self-confidence,resilience,professional behavior,role values,and passive deep behavior of primary and secondary school teachers of different ages were statistically significant.(5)In terms of professional titles,the scores of teachers with different titles in primary and secondary schools have statistically significant differences in hope,self-confidence,deliberately different walking,passive deep behavior,and active deep behavior.(6)in terms of teacher preparation,the score of the non establishment teachers’ resilience dimension is higher than that of the establishment teachers(P < 0.05).(7)In terms of grades taught,junior high school teachers and elementary school teachers scored higher on intentionally different walks than high school teachers(p<0.05).(8)There is a significant positive correlation between the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions of hope,self-confidence,and resilience as well as the total scores of emotional labor strategies and dimensions.There is a significant positive correlation between optimism and intentional walking and active deep behavior.p<0.01);There is a significant positive correlation between total scores of psychological capital and hope,self-confidence,resilience,and professional identity,and each dimension(p<0.01);total scores of emotional labor strategies and total dimensions of each dimension and professional identity And there was a significant positive correlation between each dimension(p<0.01).(9)Professional identity plays a part in mediating the influence of the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions of hope,confidence,and resilience on emotional labor strategies.Conclusion:(1)The psychological capital,professional identity,and emotional labor strategies of primary and secondary school teachers scored unevenly in all dimensions,with higher scores in self-confidence,professional values,professional behavioral inclinations,and passive deeper behaviors.(2)There are significant differences in the demography variables of primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital,professional identity,and emotional labor strategies in terms of gender,marriage,age,job title,whether there are establishments and grades taught.(3)The psychological capital and emotional labor strategies,except for the optimistic dimension,have no significant relationship with the superficial behavior and the passive deep-level behavior,there is a significant positive correlation between the other dimensions and total scores;the three dimensions of psychological capital except the optimistic dimension and There is a significant positive correlation between total scores and occupational identity dimensions and total scores;there is a significant positive correlation between occupational identity and emotional labor strategies in all dimensions and total scores.(4)Psychological capital has a significant positive predictive effect on emotional labor strategies and professional identity,and occupational identity has a significant positive predictive effect on emotional labor strategies.(5)Occupational identification plays a part in the influence of the total score of psychological capital on emotional labor strategies.Occupational identity plays an intermediate role in the influence of the dimensions of hope,self-confidence,and resilience on emotional labor strategies.
