Primary school moral education as the national quality education and an important part of basic education,elementary student's individuality development of our country,the perfection of the whole education system and the progress of the society has a profound influence.Marx thought environment created by people and applied to people,people is so intertwined with the environment,therefore,moral education is under the influence of environmental factors,school,family and social support and guidance.With the deepening of education reform,the current mainstream of the current situation of the elementary student moral in China was positive,but with the development of productivity,social structure transformation and the infiltration of western values,hedonism,money worship,utilitarianism and the spread of the negative factors,such as individualism,combined with the pupils' minds is not mature,the difficulty of the ideological and moral education of primary school have increased,guiding primary school students to set up a scientific moral concept and values is a long way to go.For scientific research and to respond effectively to the elementary school moral education,special selection of Qinhuangdao representative of the three primary school students,teachers and parents as empirical research object,through the way of questionnaire survey and interviews,summed up some data and conclusions,it has a certain reference value for the analysis of the ideological and moral education in primary schools.At present,although the education departments to strengthen the emphasis on elementary school moral education work,but there is still lack of school and family education idea transformation,the exam-oriented education system prevailed;Inefficiency of school teaching,teachers' quality,teaching means lack of innovation;Social moral landslide,the negative impact of Internet culture;School,family and the shortage of organic integration of social resources factors influence the effect of primary school moral education in our country.In view of the problems,through the reflection of the current elementary student moral quality situation,uphold the people-oriented education values,this article from the school,family,society and education resultant force and so on four aspects put forward the coping strategies,first of all,change traditional didactic school education idea,the rich content of moral education,updating the education way,improve teachers' comprehensive quality,innovation evaluation supervision and feedback mechanism,create a school culture atmosphere in whole optimization of school moral education;Second,parents exam-oriented education concept,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of moral education,parents to achieve the purpose of rational family education;Again,fully give play to the role of community propaganda education,improve the comprehensive quality,to strengthen the education system reform and system innovation,optimize the environment of network,such as social comprehensive management;Finally,families,schools,social education to form resultant force,guide students to establish scientific values and moral values,foster “have ideal,morality,culture and discipline” having both ability and political integrity of socialist successor.
