Study On The Opening Of University Sports Facilities In Jiangxi Province

As a place for sports activities,stadiums and gymnasiums are the material guarantee and carrier to support the development of national physical health and sports industry.The degree of their development is an important reference for measuring the development level of sports in a country or region.Since the implementation effect of the "National Fitness Program(2011-2015)" in the new era,the major sports policy of China has merged with the national fitness craze in due course.Since then,the quest for high quality and healthy living has been on the rise ever.However,faced with the current situation that the stadiums in our country are both idle and short of resources,and the stadium construction can not increase substantially in the short term,it is particularly important to integrate the resources of sports stadiums that are urgently needed to be developed.The sixth national sports census data communique shows that China's education system occupies a large number of sports venues,the site area accounted for 53.01% of the total,of which college sports stadiums characterized by large scale and high quality are more prominent,they are also popular places for people to take physical exercises.If fully exploited and utilized,these sports venues will be very conducive to the promotion and deepening of the nationwide fitness program.As a result,the author will start from college gymnasium,analyze and discuss the feasibility of college sports venues opening up to serve the community.Under the big trend of resource sharing and socialization,based on the data of the sixth national sports field survey,this paper selects 9 ordinary universities in Jiangxi Province,which is the research object of the opening of the University Stadium and the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire.The resource allocation,management and utilization and opening up of the stadiums and Gymnasiums in western provinces are analyzed.Judging from the allocation of sports facilities in ordinary universities and colleges in various regions of Jiangxi Province,the number of venues and their dimensions reflect that they can basically meet their own use,and there is still a certain degree of surplus within a certain period of time.Secondly,from the perspective of stadium management,the stadium management rules are not clear,and the professional quality of management personnel does not conform to the functional requirements of the posts.In the end,the main features of the current state of opening to the outside world are: time,selective opening of paid openness and free openness,and paid openness is more concentrated in non-teaching hours of the school;paid compensation is more open than open for compensation in the form of openness to the public,services Subjects are diversified;there are certain differences between paid and unpaid opening hours;there are various types of paid charges and the prices are lower than themarket;badminton,table tennis and basketball are the most popular sports venues open for compensation.With reference to the actual situation of the openness of stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,the external and internal factors affecting the stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province were analyzed and discussed.It was hoped that the key to restricting the opening of sports venues in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province would be identified in order to serve the universities and gymnasiums provide a theoretical reference for open operation and management.
