Preschool education is an important project for people's livelihood in China,and it is the beginning of life-long education.It is the foundation of primary education as well,which is linked to the future of our country and nationality.Some researched show that high-quality preschool education can cultivate high-quality talents,and good learning quality is of great significance to the sustainable development of preschool children's life.As an essential part of learning qualities,planning has gradually been paid attention to and studied.Besides,some relevant studies show High/Scope model is has been proved to be an effective and superior one in preschool education nearly 50 years.The idea of the core of High/Scope— "active participatory learning" and unique routine — "plan-work-review" have been attracting a lot of kindergarten to use them for reference and research them when kindergartens carry out regional activities in order to cultivate preschool children's ability to plan.This study selected C kindergarten as the research object,which has been using the High/Scope model for reference to cultivate preschool children's ability to plan.The writer will use documentary method,observation method,interviewing method and case analysis to carry out the research.And the writer mainly studies the main research the condition of the preschool children's plans in the activities of the top class,where the preschool children's planning are divided into 3 stages,including making plans,implementing plans and reviewing plans.According to the condition in each stage and preschool children's behaviors,the writer will find out characteristics,analyse existing problems and reasons and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This study is divided into six parts as follows:In the first chapter,the writer introduces the reasons for selecting the topic,the definition of relevant concepts,the achievements of previous researches,the theoretical basis and research design.In the second chapter the writer introduces the basic situation of the characteristic development of C kindergarten,including the basic situation of the kindergarten,the unique regional activities and the preschool children's planning at the core.In the third chapter the writer describes the situation of preschool children's plans in the regional activities of the top classes in C kindergarten,including the form,time,content and performance of preschool children's making plans;the duration,the type and performance of the preschool children's implementing plans;the form,content and performance of preschool children's reviewing their plans as well.In the fourth chapter the writer explores the characteristics of preschool children's plan in the regional activities of the top classes in C kindergarten,where the writer will present and explain the characteristics of preschool children's making plans,implementing plans and reviewing plans respectively.In the fifth chapter the write synthetically analyzes the problems and causes of preschool children's planning in the regional activities of the top class in C kindergarten.The write finds the existing problems about preschool children's making plans and implementing plans and reviewing plans,then analyzes the main reasons for the problems: the fact of kindergarten's small space area,the actual situation of teachers' heavy daily work,the influence of teachers' teaching ideas and the professional ability,and the influence of preschool children's interests and age characteristics.In the final chapter the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions about improving the quality of preschool children's planning in the regional activities of C kindergarten.First,create supportive learning environment to ensure the stable development of preschool children's plans.Second,strengthen teachers' training to improve teachers' expertise of preschool children's planning guidance.Third,deepen cultivation of preschool children's planning ability in many ways based on the preschool children's own characteristics.
