Quality is the lifeline of education,and teacher is the source to improve the quality of education,this is no exception in any country.Teacher is the nearest group of people from the educational scene and students,so the quality of the group teacher directly determines the whole educational strength and educational level of a nation.Then,it is imperative to build a contingent of high quality teachers.But how can we build this high quality teacher team effectively?At this time,the school-based teaching research meets the demands of the curriculum reform of basic education and the professional development of teachers in China.The school-based teaching research is a combination of teachers’ self reflection,peer support and professional guidance,and always follow the view of “at school,based on school,for school",so it is one of the effective ways for teachers’ professional development.The theme of this paper is mainly based on the following background,that is,the meaning of school-based teaching research promoting teachers’ professional development is getting lost,and it has not yet formed a truly effective working mechanism.Therefore,the research from the perspective of teacher learning,with the help of literature,interview and case study,this thesis tries to construct a systematic school-based teaching research mechanism from a rational perspective,in order to achieve the implication of promoting teachers’ learning.The full text content mainly includes the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction of the paper.First of all,three reasons this thesis are explained;and then related to the core concepts of this study and research status at home and abroad are cleared;finally,clear the research methods and the value of the research.The second chapter,is the theoretical basis and the analytical framework.The theoretical basis of this study is clarified mainly from the theoretical level,and the structural ideas of the presentation of the text are introduced.The third chapter is the expected function of school-based teaching research and the actual performance.First of all,from the theoretical level,answer to promote teachers’ professional development is the proper meaning of school-based research,and then look at the reality: the school-based teaching research to promote teachers’ professional development function decline.It indicates that there is a gap between the expectation and the performance of the school-based teaching research’s function,which make us should take action.The fourth chapter is the renewal and remolding of the function of school-based teaching and research from the perspective of teachers’ learning.In order to effectively fill the gap between the expected and the real performance of the school-based teaching research’s function,in this chapter,the author proposes that deepening and upgrading school-based teaching function from the perspective of teachers’ learning,reshaping the way of working to promote school-based teacher learning.The fifth chapter is the construction of the school based teaching and research work mechanism,which is the core part of this paper.School-based teaching research should be deepened to be a school-based teaching research that can indeed promote teachers’ learning.How can the school-based teaching research be realized? This chapter is the answer to this problem,that is,we need to construct the working mechanism of school-based teaching research in the perspective of teacher learning: subject mechanism,dynamic mechanism,organization mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and expectation of the research.
