Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of informatization in education and teaching and the deepening of classroom teaching reform,more and more teaching methods have fundamentally changed.As a new type of teaching method,microteaching has become the focus of most scholars and teachers and has been more and more widely used.However,whether teachers can better adapt to the teaching of micro-teaching in the cognitive,attitude,and behavior of micro-teaching,and the difficulties and problems in the actual teaching process have certain research significance and value.This study mainly uses micro-learning theory,cognitive theory,personalized learning theory,and constructivist learning theory as the theoretical basis.After reading a large amount of related literature and carefully combing,the micro-curriculum,the adaptability,and the teaching of micro-teaching for teachers Related concepts such as "adaptability" were defined,and according to the application of micro lessons in junior high school information technology teaching,the adaptability questionnaire of micro lessons in junior high school information technology teaching was designed and produced,and the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire were confirmed.The degree test forms a formal questionnaire and initiates an investigation.It also processes and analyzes the effective data recovered,and summarizes the main problems that affect the adaptability of micro lessons in the teaching of information technology courses.At the same time,through in-depth interviews,we conducted a case study of X middle school IT teachers to understand the basic situation of the research subjects and the specific conditions of the school’s use of micro-class teaching,as well as teachers’ understanding of micro-curriculum and adaptability of actual teaching behaviors.Finally,through the data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews,the strategies and suggestions for promoting junior high school IT teachers to better adapt to the teaching of micro-curriculum are proposed.The adaptability study and improvement strategy of micro-curricula in junior high school information technology teaching have certain theoretical significance and practical application value for the application of micro-teaching in teaching.At the same time,it also has reference value for teachers who apply micro-curriculum teaching.
