The presenting of the problems in the ideological and political education of crisis management in senior high schools public are not only necessary but an internal requirement of the education of ideological politics within the developing ages.The studies of the education of ideological politics,including thoughts,politics and moralities which are internalized and accepted to some extent as a stable and profound psychological structure by the educational objects themselves,or externalized as a practice of individual awareness,play a guiding role in managing activities in senior high schools.To ensure the life and property security of teachers and students in senior schools have been the critical agenda in managing school activities.Recently,the public crisis events threatening the schools mainly consist of natural crisis events,man-made crisis events and food hygiene security events.At present,most of the schools’ activities are controlled by the coercive policies only to ignore the functions of delegating its power to the role of the ideological and political education.By carrying out the work of management in crisis events,the guiding role of the ideological and political education may help build up the confidence of school students to overcome crisis as well as regular students’ morality and disciplinary behaviors and decrease the chances of crisis events.Meanwhile what the ideological and political education guarantees is that it can effectively promote students’ unification of political thoughts and behaviors,which can badly decrease the negative effect brought by crisis events.Thereby,by incorporating the requirements of the ideological and political education into the relevant laws,regulations,policies and managements,it is an important part in both theories and practices in enriching and completing the new theories of ideological and political management,and practically enhancing relevant ideological work.This present thesis has followed the theories of the ideological and political education and management in terms of the studies of its problems of public crisis management in senior high schools,paying attention to the role of delegating powers and combining the decision-making and modern management with public crisis events in senior schools.This article includes five chapters.The first chapter is a brief introduction.The second chapter will discuss the relationship between the public crisis management in common senior schools and the ideological and political education,of which the corresponding activities are a key approach used by schools to deal with public crisis events that may also offer an opportunity to further improve the levels in education.The third chapter mainly talksabout the status quo of the education in senior schools dealing with public crisis events,and put forward the questions of the uncertainty between the settings of goals and its implementation,of good willing of subjects and their limited abilities,and of the delay occurred in activities.The fourth chapter analyses the causes of the public crisis events in senior high schools,including the analysis of students’ awareness and actions in events as well as the causes from the perspectives of individuals,schools and societies.The last chapter elaborates how to enhance the effective measures and methods of ideological and political education in public crisis events within senior high schools by conducting a study in instructional thoughts,solutions and strategies.
