With the rapid development of society since the 21st century,the education community has gained a new understanding of what kind of talents to train.Today,science and technology are developing so rapidly that physics education in middle school is no longer satisfied with cultivating students'basic knowledge and basic ability,but has begun to focus on cultivating students'physics key competences,which focus on physics thinking.Thinking is the core of intelligence,which means it will making a profound sense to let students have good scientific literacy through physics learning and become modern social talents by profoundly studying physics thinking of students in middle school.Physics thinking is abstract and implicit,and such features lead to existing research is out of students'actual situation and not able to effectively direct teaching practice in some degree.By deeply excavating the connotation and constructing static model and dynamic model of physics thinking,it will not only promote a deeper understanding of the structural elements and evolution process of students'physics thinking,but also enlighten physics educators how to comprehend and train students'physics thinking.In order to understand the general orientation,result and limitation of existing research of thinking,this research combed relevant literature on the study of thinking and scientific thinking at home and abroad to write a review.Based on work above,the targets and contents of research were settled.Through literature research method,this research analyzed and synthesized relevant theoretical results,extended the connotation and features of physics thinking of students'in middle school in the orientation of problem-solving.With a new understanding of the physics thinking and the aim of knowing its pattern,the static model of physics thinking of students'in middle school was constructed with five parts:knowledge reserve,problem representation,cognitive processing,meta-cognition and non-intelligence factors,which was based on deconstructing physics thinking's structural elements and interpreting their meanings,combing relationship of various elements.To recognize the process of physics thinking of students in middle school,this research referenced cognitive psychology theory,which helped in describing the general overall process and interpreting its meaning.There's also a division of basic thinking types at a more micro level,which consisted of trial and error,difference reduction and means-ends analysis.As for model validation,this research developed a questionnaire which was granted to experts.After obtaining feedback of the degree of acceptance of physics thinking structural elements,this research adjusted the static model.Via expert interview,the opinions of experts about the physics thinking dynamic model was obtained and the dynamic model was preliminary assessed.Based on the models of physics thinking,this research summarized enlightenment to understand students'physics thinking and gave the suggestions to cultivating students' physics thinking during teaching.
