Concept teaching is an important part of elementary mathematics teaching.APOS is a theory of mathematical learning,which is put forward by American educator Dubinsky,E in the practice of mathematical education research on the process of conceptual learning.In recent years,some researchers have introduced the APOS into the mathematics teaching in elementary and secondary schools in China.The APOS theory indicates that the construction process of the concept should express the four stages of "activity","process","object" and "schema".Based on the duality of mathematical concept and the deficiency of the common forms of mathematical concept teaching,the author thinks that using APOS theory has certain significance.Combined with the teaching of angle,the APOS theory is expounded concretely.It is found that there are such problems in concept teaching: some deviation in understanding of activities;tendency to self-induced concepts;over-emphasis on the role of exercises;weaker construction of schema.In the teaching of the angle,some problems are shown as follows: At activity stage,the activity can not relate to reality properly;the purpose of the activity is not clear.At process stage,the process of thinking is not sufficiently exposed;the concept property is mandatory.At object stage,play down the understanding of symbols;lack of differentiation of concepts.At schema stage,the consciousness of establishing the connection between concepts is not strong.In view of these problems,the suggestions made by the author are as follows: to design reasonable activity;to expose the actual situation of students;to strengthen the understanding of symbols and the discrimination of concepts and to use "communication" and "drawing" to promote the establishment of schema.
