Study On The Application Of Bei Dou Navigation Satellite System In Geography Teaching In Senior High School

BeiDou Navigation Satellite System is the satellite system that constructed and operated independently by China.It provides all-weather,all-day-long and high-precision positioning,navigation and timing service for users worldwide.And it is compatible with the other global satellite navigation system in the world.BeiDou Navigation Satellite System has been widely used in national security,people's livelihood and other aspects.It not only meets the needs of Chinese satellite navigation services,but also is committed to satellite navigation services for users worldwide to provide satellite navigation services.It cooperates with other satellite navigation systems to achieve social and economic results,and benefits the people worldwide.At present,the BeiDou system has been developing strongly.In this paper,based on the quick development of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,and analyzed the geography teaching content in the senior high school,the technology of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System is used in the geography teaching.It explores application of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System in the geography teaching in the high school.Based on the principles of applicability,inquiry and enforce ability and teaching methods,task driving and role playing,the technology of BeiDou satellite navigation system is applied in the geography teaching in the high school.It focuses on the application of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System in marine geography teaching and the natural disaster prevention and control---taking Wenchuan earthquake as example teaching.Taking marine geography teaching as an example,classroom practice is carried out,and the positive teaching feedback is obtained.So this method verifies the feasibility of applying BeidDou Navigation Satellite system in geography teaching in senior high school.
