Objective: "Alla C bar" technology is a very important content in cheerleading training,which is the most eye-catching in the whole set.But it’s also the most difficult to make mistakes and achieve consistency.Once mistakes often lead to unsatisfactory results.This study through study of auxiliary equipment in dance cheerleading "alla C bar" swing leg technology application research in the teaching and training,to let players avoid the "alla C bar" the pendulum has leg lift,leg exercise in swing leg is not in place and other mistakes,accurately and effectively grasp the "alla C bar" technology.Methods: Randomly selected 12 female students from Ningbo University Aerobics Team as subjects,and selected 6 members as experimental group members and 6 control group members before the experiment.The implementation method and the auxiliary bar mat exercises in the experimental group,the control group exercises without auxiliary instruments,through 5 times a week,a 3 week training course of12 students of the experimental group and the control group to carry on the training experiment,the completion of the training program using the Vicon infrared 3D motion capture system,obtain the subject peak flexion angle of the hip,knee,ankle and flexion,abduction angle and peak abduction degree,peak rotation angle and internal rotation motion,the mathematical statistics analysis.Results: The first week of the experimental group rotating leg swing from the front to the side of the peak hip flexion angle was significantly less than the control group the peak hip flexion angle,rotation of the first week of the experimental group from the front to the side of the swing leg hip flexion hip flexion and the control group are similar.The experimental group before the first week of rotation rotation angle from the front to the side of the leg hip peak was significantly less than the control rotation angle of the hip rotation peak group first week of swing leg from the front to the side of the experimental group,the first week of cycloidal rotary movable legs from the front to the side of the hip joint is significantly less than the control group.In the experimental group,the peak flexion angle of the swing knee from the front to the side was significantly lower than that of the control group in the first week of rotation,and the flexion activity of the knee joint from the front to the side of the swing leg in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group.Conclusions:The experimental group and the control group in the swing "alla C bar" in the action process of legs in the front side of the swing to the outside by the three-dimensional joint angle change curve and swing period in the process of the value of the angle has significant differences,and mainly concentrated in the hip and knee joint.The hip flexion and rotation angle of the experimental group were significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the anteversion and roll of the hip joint in the experimental group with auxiliary instruments were significantly improved.When the hip joint is in good position,the flexion of the knee joint has been improved. |
