The purpose of this study is to find out a method for the formation of formative assessment probes by exploring students' misconceptions about cell respiration,and to achieve rapid quantitative evaluation with the help of instant feedback platform to promote the transformation of the students' misconception to the scientific concept.First of all,this paper used action research method to compare three kinds of immediate feedback tools:the "voting" platform of WeChat," duifene class"(a platform for teaching)and "wenjuan.com",and the "wenjuan.com" platform was selected as a more practical statistical tool of the immediate feedback.Then the formative assessment probes used to explore the content of cell respiration was developed by the action research,and the "wenjuan.com" was combined with the formative assessment probes to find out the concept of the students' misconceptions,with the help of which could guide teachers carry out targeted implementation of the teaching.Finally,based on the results,we evaluated and discussed the impact of formative assessment probes on students' conceptual change under the feedback of"wenjuan.com".The results show that formative assessment probes are feasible in promoting conceptual change.The implementation of formative assessment probes on the"wenjuan.com" platform is mainly characterized by simplicity,immediacy and overall inspection.At the meantime,there are some problems that we should need to pay attention to : first,the development of the formative assessment probes is designed to focus on the big concept;second,the probe should be clear and accurate,rather than ambiguous;the third,a probe is only used for a concept;in the fourth,the number of probes in a class should also be "small and fine " and so on.Finally,the author puts forward the outlook on the basis of the research:Refer to the design of the formative assessment probes,it needs to be further studied and discussed;how to guide the study of the valuable issues which are put forward by the students about their misconceptions,it needs to be further studied;and using the error rate helps teachers to correct the teaching method,Whether the correct rate should beput aside,or more further guidance towards this sort of students should be applied and how to be operate specifically,it also needs to be further studied and discussed.
