Through interviews with social workers on the front line,and from the perspective of social workers,this study finds that social workers encounter four unfavorable factors in establishing a trust relationship between social workers and the clients.The four unfavorable factors which are the fears of the social workers,the self-doubt of the social workers,the individual differences between social workers and clients,and the frequency of interaction between social workers and clients.This study holds that these factors arise in the process of localization of social work,so we must find ways based on localized cultural resources to solve them.Based on the social work's value principle of Biesteck,this study explores the six methods to solve unfavorable factors.First,through communication,there is an clear understanding between social workers and clients.Second,the social workers express their care to the clients.Third,with a professional manner,social workers express sincerity to the clients.Fourth,the social workers should cash their promises.Fifth the social workers use the characteristics of the trust.At last,the social workers learn to use the function of achievement.
