Research On Children's Amateur Basketball Training In Jishou City

Amateur basketball training,as a new sports training project,has gradually become an important link in the basketball industry chain,and with the strengthening of people's awareness of sports culture,children's amateur basketball training has attracted more and more attention.Participating in children's amateur basketball training can not only improve children's physical quality,but also enable children to receive professional training as soon as possible,and more importantly,it can provide resources for the country to reserve future professional basketball players.Amateur basketball training is currently in the exploration period,whether basketball training arrangement combines children's psychological characteristics and growth rules,whether basketball training institutions only pursue profits and other factors will seriously affect the effect of amateur basketball training for children.This paper investigates the current situation of children's amateur basketball training in jishou city by means of literature,questionnaire,field observation and interview.The research results show that: 1.the nature,scale,fees,training venues and publicity methods of children amateur basketball training institutions in jishou city are investigated.at present,the business model is single,the training venues are scarce,facilities are not perfect,and the forms of publicity are single;2.the contents,methods,forms,time and class hours of children amateur basketball training in jishou city and the situation of organizing and training students to participate in the competition were investigated.the training and teaching methods were relatively simple,and students seldom participated in the competition.3.to investigate and analyze the basic situation,motivation,time and feedback of children amateur basketball trainees in jishou city;4.to investigate the basic situation,working nature,working motivation,salary and self-ability of children amateur basketball coaches in jishou city,and the coaches' level is uneven and their mobility is larger.5.the motivation,parental support,choice of training institutions and evaluation results of basketball training for parents of children amateur basketball training in jishou citywere investigated.as a result of insufficient publicity,parents' awareness of basketball training was not high.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of children's amateur basketball training in jishou city,this paper puts forward some measures for the development of children's amateur basketball training in jishou city: in the process of basketball training,the teaching forms should be diverse,and the training operation should be standardized;Improving the quality of training and innovating teaching methods;Introducing training talents to keep the team stable;Strengthening supervision and management and providing more support;Strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and improving training conditions;Expand publicity efforts to improve parents' cognition.Thus making coaches engaged in basketball training and teaching more clear,conscious and targeted in their actions to cultivate children's amateur basketball.At the same time,it can transport excellent basketball talents for primary and secondary schools in jishou city and lay a solid foundation for the development of basketball in western Hunan,which has certain practical significance.
