Students Class Voting Process And Individual Decision Research

This study shows the process of students party members class voting process stage and decision factors,find the key process of decision-making system is the interplay analysis of the decision-making information.Through the analysis of different factors that different voters consider in different decision-making stages,we find that individual voting decision has the division of shallow decision-making process and deep decision-making process.We also analyze the sensibility phenomena in the decision-making process.In this paper,the author points out that the participation motivation of individual decision-making includes three types: “responsibility”,“benefit” and “obedience”.At the same time,we find that not all participants motivation included in above types.This study also shows the degree of involvement in the voting.We found that the enthusiasm of the party voting in different stages of college students gradually weakened.At the same time,it is found that the decision thinking process in the voting is relatively complicated,and the different involvement behaviors are divided.This research indicates that in the shallow decision-making stage,the individual focuses on “individual image”,“on-the-spot speech”,“other people’s evaluation”,“group opinion” and other factors.In depth decision stage,the individual decision factors significantly complicated than shallow decision stage,they focus on the impact of the external information and other deep factors.The complicated information analysis focus on “individual strength”,“relationship circle”,“interest exchange”,“how to rational” and “how to escape”.Through the interview,the author also found that the individual decision making process is not completely rational decision-making process,it has some emotional factors in the decision-making process,including “conformity selection”,“key point”,“jealousy mentality” and “projection behavior”.To make vote equitable,we give four suggestions including: 1.Improve college students’ participation rate;2.Establish the objective form,reduce the relative deprivation;3.Rational but not utilitarian,guide the formation of correct concept;4.Through the system construction and objective standard control voting behaviors.
