The centralized residential community built with "farmers moving upstairs"under the policy guidance,which is the important stage of urbanization,will meet certain problems in the process of space production and community govermance.In this new field,different subjects have their own logic of action,and they are also affected by this new space.And all of these become the internal logic of the change of community culture.This paper starts from the theoretical perspective of space production,to analyze the production process and the influence for community culture of centralized living space in Chongqing X town from motive force,practice and influence.When it comes to the change of community culture,the paper will analyze from the structural cultural changes and the subjective cultural changes.In this paper,from the motive force of space production,the farmers as the subjects have a whole set of moderm plan,which becomes an important social motivator.In addition,the government's overall planning is driving by power,and the land agents5 joining in is driving by capital.From the practice of space production,government,farmers who are moving upstairs and land agents play games based on their different interest demands.Farmers and governments make "bargain" over space allocation,space exchange and space rights protection.In the game with the land agent,the farmers give in because of limitations of space consumption.The government and land agents also have the relationship of competition and cooperation based on the construction of the interest pattern.At last,it shaped the space by the market and the human relationship.After the completion of space production,the segment of living space,the change of residence form,the absence of community governance,are influencing structural cultural changes.What's more,the farmers who are moving upstairs also influence the change of community culture as subjects from the social relations,lifestyle and belonging.Because of this,the farmers who are moving upstairs become "A third kind of man,in this space,in other words,they are not neither the citizens nor the originally farmers.In summary,the urban:ization in the western rural areas shows more transitional characteristics,the practice of "farmers moving upstairs" has had an important impact on the community,and the structural culture and the subjectivity culture construct each other,which are influencing the change of community culture.Besides,this cultural change isn't a revolutionary,dissected social transformation,it is the re embedded of the farmers in the background of urbanization development transition.
