The Construction And Testing Of Multivariate Linkage Model Of Adolescents' Physical Activity Promotion

Regular physical activity and physical exercise are beneficial to physical and mental health.However,in recent years,the physical health of adolescents in our country has continued to decline for more than 20 years.Physical activity has been severely deficient.Many healthy behavioral theories have been used to predict physical activity and explain the causes of insufficient physical participation.The explanation rate for physical activity is relatively weak(27%).Due to the incomprehensibility of physical activity participation,apart from its own factors,social environments such as family and school are also important factors.Therefore,we must consider a lot of factors to build a comprehensive linkage model to promote physical activity of young people.Based on the basic theoretical framework of the exercise behavior ecology model,this study constructed a multivariate linkage model for the promotion of adolescent physical activity behavior in the field of physical activity and tested it,and constructed and tested the model through two studies.Study 1: Through the integration of research results in the field of exercise psychology,a multivariate linkage model for the promotion of adolescent physical activity behaviors was theoretically constructed based on the exercise behavior ecology model.The models included linkage behavior factors and linkage effect factors that affected physical activity participation.Study 2: A questionnaire of linkage behavioral factors was prepared.Study 3:531 subjects were selected,and a structural equation model was used to test the multiple-associative model of adolescent physical activity promotion.Results:(1)The multiple linkage model promoted by adolescents' physical activity behaviors includes the linkage behavioral factor structure and linkage effect factor structure.(2)A questionnaire on linkage behavioral factors was compiled.The questionnaire was composed of six subscales.The internal consistency reliability coefficients were: 0.895,0.930,0.930,0.940,0.918,0.922.The multivariate linkagemodel was the linkage of behavioral factors in each subscale.Internal consistency reliability is acceptable.(3)The multi-associative model of adolescents' physical activity promotion has a good degree of fit,and the multi-linkage model's linkage behavior has a predictive interpretation rate of 40% for the linkage effect(the psychological variable that affects physical activity);The predictive interpretation rate of physical activity by the model is 21%.Conclusion:(1)The viewpoint of the ecological model of exercise behavior was verified: The systems and levels are related and interact with each other in the structure,and not only directly affect the physical activity behavior,but also can further affect the individual through the psychological factors that affect the individual.Physical activity behavior;(2)The physical activity behavior of adolescents promotes the multivariate linkage model as a predictive model of physical activity behaviors of adolescents.
