Currently,although more and more attention are concerned about early intervention in autism spectrum disorders(ASD)in China,the resources for ASD intervention are insufficient,and social support and social security systems are lacking.The overall intervention situation is not optimistic.This study provides a program which combined with medical and education for infants who are with ASD.This program integrates multiple social resources,and evaluates the effectiveness of the program from context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and product evaluation,which is CIPP program evaluation method.The context evaluation understood the current status of early intervention in ASD infants and their families’ needs.On this basis,an intervention program which combined medical and education for ASD infants was developed.The input evaluation evaluated the administrative resources,human resources,and teaching equipment to understand the external conditions for the program implementation.The process evaluation faithfully recorded the implementation process of the program,monitored the program carried out according to the plan,and collected relevant data.The product evaluation comprehensively explored the effectiveness of the program through quantitative and qualitative analysis.From the results of the program evaluation,the design of the program providing a set of intervention guidance methods for early intervention in ASD,which combine medical resources,educational resources,and family resources.This program not only satisfies the needs of ASD infants and their parents,but also is good at promoting the follow-up work of hospitals and special education schools.Through the CIPP program evaluation model,the feasibility and effectiveness of the intervention program,which combined with medicine and education for autism infants,is proven that the program has the value of promotion and use. |
