Analysis On The Present Situation Of Social Donations At Local Colleges And Countermeasures

Adequate funding for education is a prerequisite and an important guarantee for the development of colleges and universities.With the expansion of higher education,more education funds are required for campus construction and scientific research development,the shortage of educational funds has constrained colleges and universities to some extent.development of Social donation,as one of the important sources of college education funds,plays an important role in alleviating university education funding.Under the background of accelerating the construction of “two-class”,attracting social donations,making good use of social donations,and providing strong financial support for “double-class” construction have become new topics for universities in China.However,as China’s higher education accepts social donations,it is still in its infancy,social donations in colleges and universities are developing slowly,and the level of social donations in colleges and universities is unbalanced.The social donations received by colleges and universities are generally small and have a low proportion.Then,what are the factors that affect the development of social donations in Chinese universities and how can we make it play a more important role in higher education? This is the focus of this study.This paper mainly analyzes the current status of social donation in four universities in Jiangxi by comparative research methods and interview methods,In response to the problems in attracting and accepting social donations in colleges and universities,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the development of social donations in colleges and universities.The full text is mainly divided into five parts : The first part is the introduction,mainly related to the research background and significance,literature review and evaluation and the definition of related concepts;the second part is the historical evolution and status quo of education donation in China;The third Part is a major part of this study.Through the use of field interviews and multi-channel collection of relevant materials,the status of social donations in four universities in Jiangxi,including sources of donations,donors,donation channels,fund allocation and management,is analyzed in detail.Local economic development environment,donated cultural atmosphere,and the reasons for the development of colleges and universities;the fourth part of the United States college social donation experience of China’s college social donations inspiration;the fifth part of the Jiangxi colleges and universities donations in the development of deficiencies,from colleges and universities Two aspects of improvement in self-development and improvement of the external environment put forward measures and suggestions for improving the development of social donations,with a view to increasing the social donation income of Jiangxi.
