Special education is the essential requirement of achieving educational equity and social justice,and an important yardstick for measuring the level of education and civilization.Special students are vulnerable groups in society and need more attention and care.By actively participating in sports activities in special education schools,special students can compensate for their lack of physical function and improve their physical and mental health,which helps to increase their confidence and courage in the face of life and better adapt to the society.Using the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the present situation of physical education in special education schools in Hainan province is taken as the research object.The survey of the school situation of seven special schools in Hainan Province,the present situation of physical education teachers and the present situation of physical education are carried out respectively.Among them,the questionnaire of school leadership is issued 30.A total of 16 physical education teachers and 700 special student questionnaires were selected,and some leaders and teachers of some schools were interviewed,and good sample data were obtained.The following conclusions are drawn from the comprehensive study.:1,there are 7 special education schools in Hainan,with a small number.Besides the city of Haikou,the special education schools in other cities and counties are generally small in scale,and their conditions are not up to the national standard level.2,the number of students in the special education schools in Hainan province is different,the number of Haikou is the most,the male students are more than the girls,the deaf and dumb students are the most,and the blind students are the least.3,the number of sports teachers in the special schools in Hainan province is very small,the proportion of men and women is not coordinated;the teachers' professionalism is low,the teachers who have no special physical education major;the educational background is concentrated in the college and the undergraduate,which can meet the requirements of the state;the structure of the title is basically reasonable;the teachers have been trained with professional training,and there is no part-time part-time situation;Some teachers are more interested in this job.4,the use of curriculum standards is low,only Haikou Department of deafness is used,others refer to ordinary school curriculum standards for adaptation.The goal of physical education is mainly to increase the ability of interpersonal communication,to cultivate confidence and courage in life,to promote the development of physical and mental health and to cultivate the habit of lifelong physical education.5,the use of textbooks is also unsatisfactory.Only the Deaf Department in Haikou uses regular textbooks.The teaching content of the deafness department is the foot basket volleyball,the standing long jump,the 15 meter relay race and the simple martial arts.The blind department is the blind man's door ball,the blind man table tennis,the straight line running and the strength exercise on the upper and lower limbs.Pei Zhi is a bowling ball and fitness player(stretching,stretching,sitting,squatting,running).The students' favorite teaching content is three big balls,standing long jump and so on.6,the main use of sports teaching methods is visual sign language teaching method,explanation method,complete demonstration method,decomposing demonstration method,game method and competition method,the teaching method is more single.The main form of organization is class teaching and homogeneity,lacking personalized teaching.7,the purpose of PE teaching evaluation is to rectify,improve,motivate appreciation and attain the standard.The evaluation is physical fitness,knowledge and skills,attitude and participation,and affection and cooperation.The criteria for evaluation are absolute and intra individual.The evaluation methods are qualitative evaluation,quantitative evaluation,formative assessment and summative evaluation.8,in terms of venues and facilities,the number of equipment is small,which does not meet the requirements of the state.Haikou is superior to other county schools.
