The Study On The Status And Optimizing Strategy Of The Time Management For Middle And High Grades Primary School Students

the society,more knowledge and skills are in urgent need for students to face the fierce competition.It is necessary for them to master the skill of time management.In view of this,the study adopts the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale proposed by Huang Xiting in Southwest University to survey the condition of time management of 377 fourth-grade,fifth-grade and sixth-grade primary school students in Beichen District,Tianjin.After data collection and data analysis,1.No significant difference is found on time management disposition in terms of gender.2.Significant difference is found on time management disposition between students in different grades.Lower grade pupils are found to be more likely to manage their time when compared with those in upper grades.3.Class leaders are found to be more engaged in time management than their classmates.4.Family background does not appear to have an impact on students' time management disposition.5.Student with higher scores tend to have better performance in time management than those with lower scores.Therefore,In view of the analysis results,we believe that education should be strengthened for primary school students' time management.We are supposed to pay attention to the grade difference of time management,starting from the lower grades.Establish the correct time concept,and teach them how to manage their time scientifically.At the same time,we should pay attention to the gender difference of time management,and educate them pertinently according to the development characteristics of male and female students.It is important for us to pay attention to students with learning difficulties and help them learn the skills of time management.
