Research On The Relationship Among Psychological Capital,Quality Of Working Life And Work Engagement Of Junior High School Teachers

Objective:To explore the relationship among junior high school teachers’psychological capital,quality of working life and work engagement.Methods:The Psychological Capital Scale,Quality of Working Life Scale and the Work Engagement Scale were used to investigate 461 junior high school teachers.The SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the collected data.Results:1.Junior high school teachers’psychological capital and quality of working life can significantly predict work engagement.2.The quality of working life played a regulatory role in the forecasting effect of psychological capital on work engagement.3.The working environment,administrative situation,study development,and work benefits in the dimensions of quality of working life all played the regulatory role in the predictive role of psychological capital in work engagement.Conclusions:1.Junior middle school teachers’ psychological capital and quality of working life can all affect the level of their work engagement;the higher the psychological capital,the higher the level of work engagement;the better the quality of working life,the higher the level of work engagement.2.When the quality of working life improves,the impact of psychological capital on work engagement will be undermined and the level of work engagement for junior high school teachers will remain at a relatively high level.3.Raising the working environment,administrative situation,study development,and work benefits will also undermine the impact of psychological capital on work engagement.
