Analysis On The Characteristics Of Campus Football Development In China From 2009-2015

As the basic project of Chinese football,campus football is not only an important means of revitalizing Chinese football,but also can make teenagers improve their physical quality in campus football.It has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream and sports power.From the date of promulgation of the notice on the Development of Youth Campus activities(hereinafter referred to as "the notice"),In 2015,the Central Committee for Comprehensive and Deep Reform approved the General Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football,which opened a new chapter in campus football.This study divides the development characteristics of campus football in China from 2009 to 2015.This paper sums up the experience and law in the development of campus football in the past six years,and provides the theoretical basis and reference for the reform of campus football and other sports items.In the process of summing up experience and rules,we find the problems existing in the development of campus football,play a guiding role in the future development,and open up a new way of thinking for the development of campus football.In this paper,the development characteristics of campus football during 2009-2015 are summarized by the methods of literature,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,and the concept,components,functions and management system characteristics of campus football are expounded in detail.The running mechanism of campus football and the present situation characteristics of campus football.After five years of development,the campus football activities have made certain achievements,but at the same time there are some problems,such as lack of teachers,inadequate site facilities,insufficient funds for football activities,imperfect competition system.The management system and operation mechanism are not perfect.Main findings:1.During the period of combining physical education with sports department,the school set up in the sports department to be in charge of the school football work,but the school education belongs to the education system,the sports department has no direct leadership over the school,and the organization setting is unreasonable;Thereasonable coordination of the interests of all parties and the maintenance of balance can ensure the normal development of campus football activities and the effective implementation of the policy.2.The contradiction of learning and training,the imperfect security system,the incongruity between popularization and improvement,the lack of campus football culture and the heavy competitive sports color of campus football restrict the development of campus football.Innovating the campus football work and widely developing the campus football four level league matches,constructing the traction and docking mechanism,providing the convenience for the football talented students to advance to school and obtain employment.The state has issued laws and regulations related to campus football,actively promoting the development of campus football activities.3.In the process of developing campus football,there is no revision of uniform campus football teaching material and no unified assessment standard,which is not conducive to the development of campus football.The lack of systematic training and guidance within the campus system restricts the speed of the development of campus football;the primary school and junior high school campus football league is in good condition,the high school and university need to be improved,and the registration of the campus football league,the match schedule,The establishment and evaluation of order books have been preliminarily formed;in terms of security,primary schools,junior high school football venues and facilities need to be improved,and funds should be increased to ensure sufficient funds for activities through such means as attracting business and attracting investment We should establish a football special student entrance and employment security system,eliminate the worries of "two long",and vigorously carry out the training of campus football coaches and referees.
