With the new challenge of the economic and social development to education and the need for new teachers in the education and teaching reform of primary and secondary schools in the age of intelligence,how to cultivate a high-level teaching teacher with good teaching practice has become an important subject in the teaching practice of teachers.At the beginning of 2018,the State Council issued a document on the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era.It is pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously promote the training of primary and secondary school teachers at the graduate level.The quality of high level primary and secondary school teachers not only directly affects and determines the quality of the high-level teachers in the future primary and secondary schools,but also plays an important role in other teachers.At present,there are different problems in the different training units in the training process,especially the students' teaching practice ability is generally weak.Therefore,how to improve the training quality of primary and middle school teachers from the source must solve the problems existing in the current training,especially how to improve their teaching practice,which not only has an important influence on the quality of teachers' supply in primary and secondary schools,but also is more important to guarantee and improve the quality of basic education.Realistic influence and far-reaching significance is an important practical issue facing the society,education departments and training units.In the field investigation of the relevant schools in Guangdong,it is found that the high-level teachers of primary and secondary schools in various schools have the problem of training the ability of teaching practice to varying degrees.On the basis of literature research and investigation,this paper further analyzes the problems of monotonous practice teaching mode,unsound teaching evaluation system and unreasonable course setting in the training of students' teaching practice ability and puts forward a series of promotion on the basis of analyzing the factors that affect these problems.The strategy,including building a variety of practical teaching models,improving the evaluation mechanism and optimizing the course setting,promotes the improvement of the teaching practice ability of high and primary school teachers.In order to test the role of the strategy and further improve the strategy,this study selects some strategies to apply in practice.In view of the problems found in practice,the strategy has been amended and improved.The limitations of the study are limited to time and conditions,and only individual strategies are tested in practice.This paper will continue to apply and amend the above strategy in the follow-up study,in order to provide reference and guidance for the improvement of the quality of teaching practice ability of high level teachers in primary and secondary schools,and to provide experience and reference for further research of other researchers.
