Research On Teacher Role In The Perspective Of Children

As an important child,teachers play an important role in the development and development of children.Previous studies on the role of teachers are based on the adult perspective usually.In recent years,children as a research method has gradually been paid attention by scholars.This research is based on such a consideration,from the perspective of children to re-examine the role of teachers,trying to present the teacher image in the eyes of children,to promote the teacher self-reflection,professional growth.The study selected four kindergartens in Xin Xiang city,including the public kindergartens and the private kindergartens.Each kindergarten selects 1 large class,a total of 51 children.The research adopts the method of work analysis and interview to collect the children's painting works,to communicate with the children deeply,to collate and encode the collected data,and to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis using the Grounded theory.Then,the research results are obtained:1.By analyzing the behavioral focus of teacher's role in the perspective of children,it is found that the teacher's role behavior in the child's perspective is more interactive with the children.2.Through to the children's perspective of teacher's role in farm activities analysis,found that children's perspective of teachers play the role of caregivers of life,the role of knowledge disseminator,games,organizers playmates and role.3.Based on the analysis of teacher role characteristics from the perspective of children,it is found that the role of teacher role in the perspective of children is aesthetic,feminine and positive.Through the perspective of practical teachers role emotional cognition and the analysis of the emotional cognition of the teachers' role expectations,found that children's perspective of teacher's role has the following characteristics: the teacher role is happy angel,teachers' role is filled with love,teacher's role "for things not people",the teacher character gentle,wearing beautiful.The above results analysis shows that some inspirations and Suggestions are put forward for preschool teachers.It is believed that with the continuous development of pre-school education,the study of the role of preschool teachers will be more abundant,and the team of preschool teachers will improve and become more professional.
