The Research On Information Service Of Campus Crisis In Middle School

With the continuous progress of the society,the outbreak of the campus crisis is characterized by wide range of spreading,great impact,various forms,and the trend towards younger ages.The information service on the campus crisis has gradually become a vital part in the school.Both parents and students have the right to know the events of the school.Based on a questionnaire survey to parents and students,this paper tries to understand the needs of parents and students for contemporary campus crisis information service.Through case analysis,we have learned about the handling of emergencies in secondary schools in Kunming.It has been found that school leaders have not given enough attention to the information service of the campus crisis because of the reputation of the school,or the main task of the school's achievements and higher learning rates,so that the parents' needs for information are not solved after the campus crisis.The contradiction between unilateralism and limitations of improving the relevant information provided by schools is broken.In view of the existing situation,the author gives his own opinion.Education departments and schools,which are the main bodies of information services,should explore actively on the basis of modernization,and use modern technical means to improve their information service mechanism.Secondly,under the leadership of the related departments of education,the information service system is constructed to effectively integrate the various levels of the campus crisis,and will provide solutions for the more efficient management measures to the campus crisis.As the most important main body,the school should change the mode of information transmission appropriately,and transform the passive information transmission mode into the interactive information transmission mode.The construction of the information service center should be more humanized so as to meet the students' demand for the crisis information.Finally,some social professional institutions,which are not related to school system,has made up for the lack of service in some aspects of the campus crisis information service.The construction of professional database will also provide a more complete information solution strategy for the conductors.
