The effectiveness of teaching mainly refers to the progress and development of students after a period of teaching activities under the joint efforts of teachers and students.In 2018,Henan will implement the new college entrance examination reform program.One of the highlights of the new round of reform is to break the "single score theory" and implement a multi-evaluation mechanism based on "two basis and one reference".The two criteria are: college entrance examination results,high school education Level test results,"a reference" for high school students comprehensive quality evaluation.Comprehensive quality assessment generally includes: ideological and moral,academic achievement,physical and mental health,artistic accomplishment,social practice and other aspects.It can be seen that the college entrance examination reform is proceeding in a more human and scientific direction.Future student assessments will focus more on integrating theory with practice,emphasizing the application of knowledge,and examining the examinees' ability to analyze and solve problems in real situations.This is also our country.The future focuses on the training of various talents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in vocational high schools at the key node of this reform.The effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in vocational high schools means that political teachers and students in vocational high schools can achieve better results in teaching and learning with less time,energy,and material resources in the process of accomplishing designated teaching goals.Make teaching better and more efficient.In the research of this topic,first of all,it analyzes domestic and international research in the field of ideological and political teaching effectiveness in vocational high schools,sorts out the theoretical perspectives that are closely related to this study and is worth learning from,and on this basis,combines ideological and political The characteristics and important status of teaching come from the concepts of teaching,effectiveness of teaching,effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in vocational high schools,and the evaluation criteria of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational high schools,as well as the significance of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational high schools.Secondly,based on the ideological and political teaching theory,combined with the requirements of the new curriculum reform and the situation of the author's several vocational schools in Luoyang,the problems existing in the practical effectiveness of the current ideological and political education in vocational high schools are summarized.That is,students' learning motivation is lacking.The teaching concept of teachers is old-fashioned,the interaction between teaching and learning has little effect,and the school's teaching focus deviates from other issues.It also analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational high schools,that is,the slow development of the physical and mental development of vocational high school students,the retarded growth of ideological and political teachers in vocational high schools,the obstruction of interaction between teachers and students,and the management and evaluation of teachers and students in vocational high schools reasonable and so on.Finally,in order to solve these problems,the author combined theory with practice,and based on a comprehensive study of domestic and international literature comparisons,proposed a feasible solution to the ineffectiveness of ideological and political teaching in vocational high schools,that is,a comprehensive concern for vocational high schools.Students' growth needs,enhance their professional qualities(shaping the sun's mentality,inspire students' interest in ideological and political classes,establish strong virtue concepts,and enhance their professional awareness);unblock the path of career growth for professional high school teachers and build dual-qualified teachers(Full study of textbooks and supplementary materials,integration of professional features;enrichment of teaching methods and methods,cater to student characteristics;active participation in training and training,adapting to occupational requirements);broaden all-round interaction between teachers and students to improve the effectiveness of teaching expertise(building a harmonious teacher Student relations,improve classroom discipline;guide classroom life,professionalization,and study in music);optimize vocational school management and assessment mechanisms for teachers and students,highlight professional style(emphasizing the moral education function of ideological and political classes;innovative personnel management and evaluation mode).I hope to help improve the actual effectiveness of current ideological and political education in vocational high schools.
