Research On The Operation Status And Development Strategy Of Sports Park In Urban Area Of Henan Province

With the continuous development of China's economy,the process of urbanization is accelerating,people's living standards have been greatly improved,more and more people gradually realized the importance of physical health,began to participate in physical exercise,in the national scope set off "Nationwide Fitness" wave.With the rise of the tide of "National Fitness",the contradiction between the increasing demand for physical fitness and the more tense public sports venues is becoming more and more obvious,on the other hand,with the quickening of the urbanization process in China,the venues for people to carry out outdoor activities are decreasing gradually in the city.October 2014,the State Council issued "on speeding up the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption," a number of views,the national fitness to rise to the state strategy,to increase the people's physique,improve health level as the fundamental goal.How to provide more green space for people in the limited urban land is the key to the sustainable development of the city in the current society.The appearance of the Sports Park is suitable for the demand of the modern metropolis,it is a sports-themed park,will be beautiful environment and physical exercise organically combined together,in the green building facilities,full-featured,beautiful environment of sports activities,meet the needs of different groups of sports,guide people actively into the fitness activities to go,To promote the development of national fitness has injected new vitality.Henan province is located in China's central region,is China's large population province,in recent years,the provincial government has actively promoted the development of national fitness activities,the construction of many sports venues to meet the growing demand for sports,"Henan Province nationwide Fitness Implementation Plan(2016-2020)" explicitly mentioned: by 2020,Henan province per capita stadium area reached 1.8 square meters."Henan Province Sports industry development Thirteen-Five Plan" clearly proposed to "combine the city development plan construction sports theme park." Under the influence of many factors,such as the large environment of national fitness,the number of Sports Park in Henan province has been increasing.At present,the development of Sports Park in our country is still in the preliminary stage,most of the research focus on the planning and design of Sports Park,the study of its operation after the use of the relatively few.This paper research on the operation status of Sports Park in urban area of Henan Province,analyzes some problems in its operation,and puts forward the corresponding development strategy.By using the methods of literature,investigation,data statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the operation status of the sports park in Henan province,finds out some problems existed in its operation,and then puts forward the corresponding development strategy.The study is based on the condition of the Sports Park in Henan province.Choose sailing fitness Sports Park garden,city in Henan province,Luoyang New Area Sports Park,Jiaozuo Taihang road National Fitness Park.,Yuzhou City Sports Park and Nanyang liNing Sports Park for research object,the results showed:(1)The opening time of Sports Park in urban areas of Henan province is reasonable,which is basically in line with people's exercise time,and the open form is mainly free of charge;(2)the maintenance and management of Sports Park facilities in the urban area of Henan province are generally better,and the use frequency of most site facilities is relatively high,but there are also some facilities lacking maintenance management,which are more serious and less frequently used;(3)Sports programs in urban Sports Park in Henan province are mostly sports such as basketball,table tennis and fitness trails,and lack of local features.People focus on sports events such as fitness path and table tennis in the selection of sports items;(4)the management department of the Sports Park in the urban area of Henan province is mainly the sports administration department.In the management mode,the government administration is the main part,and the larger sports parks are mainly managed by specialized management organizations,and some smaller sports parks lack specialized management institutions;(5)most of the large-scale Sports Park in the urban area of Henan province are mainly engaged in foreign operation,and the operation mode is mainly owned by autonomous operation.The project mainly includes sports competition,sports training,arts performances,summer camp for young people;(6)the national fitness activity of the Sports Park in the urban area of Henan province is in good condition and the fitness atmosphere is strong,but there is a large gap in the professional social sports instructor;(7)There are high levels of people satisfied with the open time,venue facilities,information publicity and so on in the Sports Park of central Henan,and low public satisfaction in programs,fitness services,and organization management.The following countermeasures:(1)to improve the laws and regulations of Sports Park,and provide the appropriate institutional guarantees for the development of Sports Parks;(2)the reform of Sports Park management mode,establish and improve the related management system,set up specialized management institutions,regular maintenance of sports facilities in the park;(3)The setting of sports items and the planning of site facilities should comprehensively consider the sports preferences of local people and the sports needs of different groups,reasonably set up sports programs,plan sports venues,meet people's basic sports needs,and combine local sports culture with local characteristics;(4)Innovate the way of operation of Sports Park,take the market as the orientation,deal with the relationship between profit and non-profit,increase the mode of flexible operation,broaden the source channel of funds,and attract investment from all parties;(5)Improve the corresponding fitness service and related supporting facilities and improve the quality of service;(6)Strengthen the contact with the social sports instructor,and introduce the social sports instructor in the society to guide the people in Sports Park;(7)Increase publicity efforts,establish a network publicity platform,and promote Sports Park through various channels.
