The development of information technology has added new vitality to education,Under this influence,the means of teaching are developing in the direction of diversification.In most schools,multimedia teaching has become a popular means of teaching.It combines the advantages of drawing,writing,sound and image.It has the characteristics of large amount of information,strong interaction and multiple angles to stimulate the students' senses.Therefore,the appropriate application of teaching courseware in the classroom teaching can make the knowledge more intuitive,reduce the students' cognitive burden,make the classroom teaching in the direction of flexible and efficient development.Aurora 3D Presentation is a new software for making 3D presentation.This study is mainly based on Aurora 3D Presentation software to explore the making method of three-dimensional courseware.In order to enrich the presentation of classroom teaching,arouse students' interests in biology learning and improve the quality of biological teaching,provide New ideas of courseware production for front-line teachers;This paper is guided by the sense perception regularity,the constructivism learning theory,the tower of experience theory,I explore the Aurora 3D Presentation software on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,established the process of making high school biology courseware with this software;Taking the chapter of ?the basic structure of cells? as an example,according to criterion for curriculum,students' characteristics and knowledge content,the courseware of this chapter is made by using Aurora 3D Presentation software;And the making process of courseware of "Cell membrane-the boundary of the system" is compiled as a tutorial for secondary school teachers to reference.The author applies the courseware made by this software in practical teaching.and after the teaching practice in this chapter,Unit tests and questionnaires were conducted on the students,and interviews were conducted among the teachers.The results showed that the average score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,although there is no significant difference in the short time of implementation,most teachers and students prefer this presentation.Therefore,it can be concluded that the courseware design of the chapter "the basic structure of cells" is successful and effective.To some extent,three-dimensional courseware can improve the students' interest in biological learning and improve the learning effect.
